First time going to this location. The staff was friendly and the place seemed clean. However, there was paper in my soup and the salad barely filled the bowl. Also, the salad bowl wasn't very clean. I've been disappointed with Panera over the last few years. I feel like they are going down and the quality isn't as high. Will try again another day and hopefully it'll be better!
I used to love the Oakleaf Panera. But lately when I order for pick up, there's ALWAYS something missing. Order # 733243281. We ordered extra bread. Guess what? Not even one. Empty bag with 0 bread. I want a credit for my order. I will not go to Panera to pick up bread that you were supposed to add in the first place. I'll be expecting that credit today.
We were given a buzzer that should have alerted us when food was ready. It never did. Finally, an employee came over and asked if we had ordered (whatever). We said yes. She said she had been calling out that it was done. We were not paying attention to what was being said there where the employees were because we expected the buzzer to sound. Because of the delay, our food was not hot. Worse yet, the employee rolled her eyes because of having to walk over to us. If we had known they would be calling out the orders, we would have been paying attention!! If they weren't going to use the buzzer. Then why give it to us!!!
My daughter and I went to this Panera and the Worker’s jabron and Emily they were really patient with us. Also a real big help.
Quick service. Friendly staff. Good food. It’s hard to find s poor Panera. My go to when I’m out of town and i just want a good meal.
Friendly staff. Mostly used self service area for coffee. Dinning area is clean, bright and nicely set up.
Always great to do work, eat breakfast and catch up with friends. The staff are always friendly and Panera is kept very clean. Definitely a regular stop during the week.
Ordered through Doordash for the first time.The staff at Panera left out my two cookies and didn't comp me for them and checked them as in the bag.They also did not verify the order like they are supposed to.Doordash confirmed the employees knew it wasn't there and marked it complete.So essentially this place attempted theft from me.Will never ever order here again. ?
Love Panera’s.. mmmm!! Their bread bowl! Y’all know I be in the back sitting down tearing that bowl up like a lion on crack. Their sandwiches are good and OMGG don’t get me started with them cookies! ??? cookies are A1 y’all! Every time I go in Panera I feel happy. The workers are nice and very helpful.
Love the app because I can order my lunch quickly and easily and it's always made super fast! Plus it's already paid for so I can grab and go! Also a nice place to dine in though.
