Ever since I was eating here since a child, quality always was getting worse each time I went back here. This Panda Express is a gamble to be honest. Some days (Rarely now) the orange chicken is very tasty and the fried rice is excellent. Now these days, the orange chicken is not edible and hard and fried rice is overcooked or undercooked. If its your lucky day, you can try to get good food here. If you are not having a good day, don't come here unless you are the first one in line when the restaurant opens.
I normally don't go to this location but the food was nasty the rice is burnt and not cooked and the chicken has a funny taste to it. I do understand that each cooker is different but the only number I could give was a 1 star if I could it would have been a negative 5. I will never be returning to this location again it was a waste of money..
First time getting food at this location, so I’m uncertain if issues with food is common or a one-off situation.The orange chicken tasted awful. Extremely tart and sour, tasted nothing like how it’s supposed to taste. Almost like something soaked the chicken in vinegar.Seating areas were clean considering how busy it was; drive-thru line wrapped all around the building into the side street.Employees weren’t exactly friendly or efficient, but also not rude.
We were just passing through but didn't like the customer service. We went through the drive thru.There were 2 ladies speaking and one kept saying we need to start our order over. She said we need to start with the sides. Never ordered that way! The menu don't start with the sides!
Did not enjoy it all-clean,helpful staff,rice sticky food overall couldve been good, but it was atad bit less than being cold 4 that 1 star
Panda was busy but some how I managed to go in out with no wait. The man who fixed my food was a sweetheart. He made sure I got just what I wanted with no attitude.the to go box is smaller than before but it was a perfect size for me. Don’t let all of these negative comments detour you from eating some good panada? my only complaint is the cheese wontons they aren’t the best.
Would be great if you guys could at least get my order right after asking me for donations twice. I got a bigger plate and the 3rd entry isn't in my bag.
I love Panda Express yet the manager today was so impatient and rude to my husband when she took the order in drive thru. He normally does not go to Panda so he is not familiar with the menu. We clearly heard her take a big sigh and annoyingly explained the big box items it included. Long story short he didn't even get what he actually ordered my order also did not contain the Angus beef I paid for extra mostly vegetables so I went inside and asked to speak to the manager and that's how I found out that the same person that took the order was the manager she did fix me another plate but she was very rude and defiant. Gladly that is not my normal panda that I go to they're much nicer at the Beach boulevard location.
This was the only place that we found on mother's day to not have a wait for 45 mins or more. The dinning room wasn't open but the drive thru was and it was fast as could be. And the food was amazing.
I came to this location two times , manager Jasmine is very rude , she doesn’t finish order with us and went to serve another customer , she speaks through her teeth like she don’t wanna we ask questions about food , manageria skills 0 , we love Panda Express , all the rest team was really nice .
