PF Changs was a great spot to spot and eat. We had sushi, spicy fried green beans, and lettuce wraps. The spicy green beans were not breaded. They were delicious! The sushi came with a dome and it was full of smoky goodness. The lettuce wraps were very tasty, not spicy at all. I wish there was more chicken in the mixture.The bar tender was very personable and kind. My favorite spot at the restaurant is at the bar. The service is usually better.
Our server Will delivered the best service that Iâve ever had in the restaurant industry. His friendly yet professional demeanor were excellent and on point- from his radiant smile to going above and beyond to make sure we had an extremely great dining experience. Will exudes rays of sunshine!
Im actually sad because I come here regularly, but I can agree with other reviews when they say the quality just isn’t how it use to be. It definitely taste like something you buy from the frozen food section. My entree didn’t come with any broccoli, WAY too much sauce and not enough rice like traditional Asian cuisine. Just overall poorly prepared. Also the pan flips look inedible. This will be my last time eating at this restaurant. The only good thing I can say is that the staff here are very friendly and helpful. They remade the dish for me, which was better but still wouldn’t buy again.
It was my first time at P.F. Chang’s and it may be the last time. I will say that the chili green beans and the Chang’s spicy chicken lunch bowl with fried rice was pretty delicious. However, the sweet and sour chicken bowl was anything but impressive. The sauce was super overpowering and the breading on the chicken was super mushy like it had been over saturated with the sauce. Im a textural person so that was nasty to me when I tried a bite. Thankfully it wasn’t my food. Service was minimal. Our waitress seemed overworked and distressed and couldn’t keep up with the demand although she certainly tried. Twice there was food that was brought to the table that wasn’t ours and the food servers seemed very confused about that. I also signed up for the rewards program that said you get a free app or dessert for your bday month and although today is my birthday, it would have been nice if they would have honored that even though the system hadn’t sent it to my rewards yet with just signing up. Now the real icing on the cake is when I opened what looked like some sort of little tea thing on our table while waiting for our drink refills and to ask for the check. I realized it had been there the whole time and I had zero clue what it was. So, being a curious person, I opened it and was disgusted. There was mold on the inside of it. ? We let the waitress know who you could tell was absolutely disgusted by it when she went and showed the manager. I was really shocked that the manager never even came by after that but continuously went to other tables. I just figured we would get a thank you for pointing that out but I guess not. We weren’t looking for any handouts, just an acknowledgement that it would be addressed.

Went with elderly parents while traveling. Food was good as expected. Smaller portions not an option on all plates. Way too much for an older person's lunch. They should be able to get what they want in the portion size desired
The service was good; the food quality was ok. I've been to several PFC, and the food has had more flavor; I believe it was cooked in a rush or very quickly. The fried rice did not have enough soy sauce and flavor. Chicken was bland. Overall experience was okay.
Bright spot was our server. Food has really gone down here. It's been a long time since I have eaten at PF Changs and I guess my expectations were based on the time when the food was memorable. Fried dumplings were not that great, the smoke sauce was overwhelming and overpowered the dumpling. The sushi roll was poorly constructed. The fried rice was dry made with bad or incorrect rice.

good food, and good service!
