The largely Gen Z staff here are always eager to please. The quality of food at this Outback location is among the best I have sampled as they have to be in order to be competitive in this neighborhood. The Alice Springs Chicken is a good value as are all of their lunch specials.
Went for father's day. Mrs had ribeye and shrimp and I had Bone in ribeye. Both were skinnier than I expected but flavor was ok.
Service was good, no complaints there. Ordered French onion soup to come out as an app, and they said they were making more. I was skeptical about how long that would take, but I waited patiently. Meals came out, still no soup. Server was apologetic and very nice about it, so I switched to a baked potato. Ordered a gin and tonic that we had to send back because it was a gin and soda. Had to ask for lime wedge in it as well. I thought that would be standard for a G&T. It was fixed promptly.Steak was perfectly cooked and the rest of the meal was lovely. I'm sure a re-visit at another time would give me at least a 4-star experience.
Our experience was awesome. We went here on the 21st for my mothers birthday. Our waitress, Amberly, was very kind and understanding. And funny at the same time. And she gave me ice cream. She was one of the funniest but most professional waitresses I have ever seen.
Great service, food and drinks.
My server was not attentive. After disappearing for 30 mins she comes to our table smelling like an ash tray and asked how everything was. We only had empty drinks at that point. Food comes out and it’s cold and not even room temp. She drops the food off and leaves for 10 mins until I ask another server for her manager. This is why we quit coming years ago and thought maybe we would try it again. Barely anyone in the restaurant so thought it wouldn’t be an hour without food and crappy service.
Drake Drake what can I say, strawberry blonde at its best! Maybe the best server I’ve had in a restaurant in nearly ever. As usual an excellent experience. Managers Tim and Judith stopped to chat and shared a friendly smile, in a jam packed dinner rush. The Queens harbor outback is doing an amazing job!

My server Amberley was a wonderful bright spot to my day. I had been under the weather recently and needed a comforting meal. She made sure my meal and experience was perfect and she was kind and thoughtful. We love this location and have been coming here for many many years - great leadership from the management and very kind servers and team members. Amberly and her manager in particular went out of her way to be sure my dining experience was flawless.
We just spent $70 for two pieces of tough roast beef. The worse I have EVER HAD! I will never bo back there.
