WOW! What a HUGE disappointment! Whoever prepared my food knew they burnt everything. Something told me to check my bag but they were getting ready to close and the bag was tied tight on top. I get home, opened the lid & this was what I was served (ALL burnt - except 1 rangoon). I’ve been in the restaurant industry myself and I would be ashamed if I served a guest food like this. Definitely will not be back! The only reason I gave two stars was the hostess was very kind/helpful when I walked in to order tonight.
Very nice place to eat and enjoy!Sunday around 6:30 pm. No reservations and no waiting for a party of 7. Restaurant was not too busy. Lots of seating still available.Nice touch with the decorations on the walls and around the restaurant. Everything looks well organized.I am not a big fan of the seating booths or tables they half, I am not sure how they call them. Depending on how big your group is, you might be splitting the half table with one or two other couples or another group. But we still had a good time.The food was delicious, and the cook was a good entertainment for a some time. He was really good getting us engaged with the food preparation. It was cool!The food he cooked for us was delicious, it was fried rice, vegetables, hibachi, chicken and shrimp. All was really good and fresh. We also had orders of sushi coming in from the inside restaurant kitchen.The restaurant also has a bar inside, from what I saw, it was really stocked up. Lots of choices. Not outside seating!Great restaurant!
This place has been understaffed for the longest time!!! If you want hibachi during lunchtime DO NOT GO! Customer service is rude but unfortunately has really good food. If you’re willing to put up with rudeness and a 35 minute wait just to get fried rice to go with only two customers in the entire building its the spot! Then after all this I was told if you can wait a hr we can do hibachi with only two customers in the entire restaurant. This place has been understaffed for the past year now and nothing has changed, very unfortunate was always one of my favorite places to eat.
The absolute worst experience I ever had at a hibachi restaurant covered our food in sesame seeds just a complete mess I will never come back!

This was our go-to hibachi place. But they’ve now started a 20% service charge for parties of 4 or more. ?
Went there on 3/20 at 6:30. The blond hostess was too busy on her phone to seat us. So we walked to the sushi bar where we have sat several times. No sushi chef in sight after 5 minutes. We got back up and sat at the bar. Nope. Bartender was too busy with other tables. Hostess still seated playing on her phone. We waited at the bar for another 5-10 minutes with zero acknowledgement. This is not the normal experience here. I don’t know what is happening but the owners/management better get a grip on this real quick or the business will vanish. The two “Hibachi “ chefs were literally sitting down playing on their phones too. Embarrassing. Again, been here several times with good food and service. Get it together and get your employees in line. Seriously.

It was okay. No show for hibachi at all. Food was okay. I did like they gave both rice and noodles. Ordered sushi before they even started the grill and it wasn’t brought until we were basically done eating hibachi and it was trash sushi. Waiter, okay. Had to ask multiple times for simple things like refilling water, didn’t bring lemon with waters when asked the first time, didn’t bring extra chop sticks, etc. Also super annoyed I paid a 22%!!!! service charge already added to my bill for a tip. While I understand 6 or more it is already added but 22% for sub-par food and service ? And 4 of the 6 people were kids! Absolutely ridiculous. Won’t be going back.
Beautifully decorated restaurant with a large menu. I tried the udon, fried rice, and a few sushi dishes. All were so delicious and prepared perfectly. Great for all occasions. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The location is great too - near other businesses including IKEA.
