This place is AMAZING! The owner and staff are super courteous and the restaurant is clean! My husband and I have been coming for years and hope that they never go out of business. The hot dogs are a real treat! They have sauerkraut!!! I am from the North and this is a go to for sure! They serve burgers, fries, and ice cream! All of it is so delicious! I cannot say it enough. If you have not been, you must go!!! Chili cheese hot dog is calling your name! And yes they have beef hot dogs too! Can't wait to be back!
I just love this place. It is small and unpretentious and they fix my mustard slaw dogs exactly the way I like them on a lovely soft bun with nice hot fries. I miss the crinkle fries but the consistency and friendliness and super reasonable price has me driving to Hodges from the Westside at least once or twice a month.
Was craving a hotdog, thought I'd try Orange tree again. Went a long time ago after they left the Regency mall and it was not the same. Regency was always spotless, clean and busy? The hotdog at Beach and Hodges was very good, pizza not so much. When I first took a few bites, fair. On a couple of slices there was some bizarre seasoning sprinkled that really ruined the taste. It leaves an awful taste in your mouth! Was going to tell them, but they had customers. The pizza crust is very dark? Would not do pizza again!
Wish it had sport peppers like a traditional Chicago dog but the banana peppers were still good. Also, needed some celery salt.
Just took my kids here they had Hotdogs And I had a double cheeseburger that was great as well.The ice cream is delicious!! And most important great customer service , friendly and great prices . Thank you !

Best hot dogs with super friendly staff. My wife and I go their with our kids and they love the hot dogs. It's one of the few things they will just eat without having to make them eat it. It doesn't hurt that they have great ice cream and milk shakes too.
