Excellent service. Great food. The experience was exceptionally good since we had 4 little ones. Our server handled everything very well. I'm sorry I forgot her name.
Nothing wrong with the menu nor the food. I had no issues and would suggest for people who like an Italian type restaurant or food service. Staff worked incredibly hard too make sure we were happy and all of them were cheerful for the most part. I'd love to see this the more I come back. My only small issue I'm having is the kids menu, it's not bad but it's definitely a little strange especially for the sides, There is spaghetti for a side and I have no clue why but I do believe you still deserve a 5 star review for the great service given to me and my family. I do want to thank Ms. Laura she was brilliant to us. Also, Olive Garden.... I love love love LOVE your bread sticks????Keep it up guys!

Gabby was an awesome server!Our visit was perfect. I had the tour of Italy and several drinks, my partner had the steak. The service was fast, the food was on point, drinks were perfectly crafted. I got to say I had pretty low expectations because they are a chain restaurant after all, but this Olive garden location was operating like a well-oiled machine when we walked in Sunday evening. Top notch all around.Kudos to the whole staff, they all were busy the entire time yet still provided a clean, friendly, peaceful, and tasty experience!I used to go to the regency location but I definitely got to say I'll be back to this one instead next time.
My best friend and I went out to celebrate our birthdays, kids and husband free. Our server, Celia, made this visit everything and more. She was kind, funny and more than pleasant when we told her we just wanted to sit and enjoy our time. Even got us both birthday deserts. She talked to us about being nurses and how thankful she was for us and was so genuine. She is truly a gem.
Last week, I attended a birthday party with a group of about 22 in Orange Park. My spouse and I both ordered the unlimited soup, salad and bread sticks plus the unlimited dip sauce. My husband had a coke and I had a glass of wine. Not once we're we asked if we wanted any refills. His coke wasn't refilled once. My soup wasn't even hot but his was(I tasted it to see). No soup or dip sauce refills for either of us and then the whole table got unlimited bread sticks and salad. If we would've known ahead of time we would've ordered something else. To us, this was a wasted of money. This may have been the nail in the coffin for us with Olive Garden.??
Food was good but service wasn't ideal. Our drinks were filled once, Our bread came cold and our salad didn't come out till after our entree. Offered to give us the salad to go but didn't give us a to go salad. Gave us the salad they tried to bring out after we ate that had dressing and curtons in already. Salad was too soggy to eat and croutons were mush.
So my fiancé dragged me and a couple of our friends away from the idea of a steakhouse last night and steered us towards Olive Garden. Normally not super excited about it, but the wait time was 1 hour as opposed to 2-3 hours, so I didn’t argue too much with it.Got seated right when we were supposed to, which was a fantastic sign. And then Matthew came over. Automatically knew it was going to be a fantastic night.First off, he’s funny. It’s rare to find servers anymore that have the level of energy and humor he has. Definitely feels out his crowd and adjusts accordingly. A+ on that. Second, he’s attentive. He checks on you more than a parent checking on a kid when they think they’re up to no good. Like I couldn’t get through half a water and he was back checking to see if I needed another. Running out of drinks is my biggest pet peeve at a restaurant and Matthew straight up refused to let us run out. A+ on the attentiveness. A+ on all other qualities of him being a server.Food was good, nothing super special. I won’t be back for that, but I WILL absolutely be coming back just to eat in Matthew’s section again
It's a hit or miss to be honest last time we went we couldn't even get forks even though the table next to use had silverware but no food! Took forever to get our soup salad and bread sticks. However the time we went before that they were amazing and quick and were even busier then last time.....
