Yuri was fantastic. Really knew how to make us feel like family. Been a while since I've been here, newer look, same great food. Always quick with the breadsticks, and food really didn't take long at all. Great vibe, great service, great time.
Today was my first experience in years and I could definitely "taste" the difference.Pros: wine tasting.Clean presentation and friendly staff overall.. Soup & Salad.Shrimp and Chicken carbonara!!!Cons:classic Alfredo not as flavorful as I remember. Fettuccine noodles overcooked and stuck together. Prices have increased quit a bit
Delicious lunch- we had meal entrees and the “endless soup and salad”It was all fresh and hot. The soups were excellent - creamy and hot. Breadsticks were up to par.Pasta dishes were served piping hot.There were three kids meals that were enjoyable and had the traditional crayons and placements.Service was professional and friendly. We were promptly seated.Easy access and plenty of parking.Outside benches to sit if waiting.Take out Area.Restrooms were clean.
More than two years not going due to the pandemic. Use to love it. I have ordered to go food. The service is always great. You get a msg.o. your phone, you replied the parking number and in a minute or two you get your order. Hot and steamy
I have never had a bad experience at Olive Garden. The food has always been prepared properly (by that, I mean done the way I ask).The wait staff is very friendly and accommodating. They are always checking back, but mostly unobtrusive. Just the way I like it.
The food & waitress was amazingThe reason for this one star is because I'm highly disappointed my family has members in all but two branches &to find out olive garden doesn't offer anything for our military.... that breaks my heartyour restaurant would not even be able to operate if it wasn't for our military men &women choosing to protect our country ........ If you as a company can't show your support to the military like so many other companies it makes me wonder what your companies beliefs areThese men &women give so much& Jacksonville Florida has military base smack in the middle ....I know some companies chose to not to honor our military that's a choice they all fought to give you but I have a choice tooMine is to stand 4 all those brave men &women who do it for us when we can't they deserve way more than we give themNow if you could care less about this... as I said their food was really great for my first & last time thereWaitress was awesome too my grandfather didn't realize they put onions on the salad and he can't eat them she made him a different one so he could have Salad too very sweet
Olive Garden is pretty much always decent. Not great but good. I would rate them a 3.8 but not quite a 4 because I've had better Italian food. I think their quality of food has went down a little bit over the years. The service isn't too bad and is a clean restaurant. I've had better Italian food at other places.
Went for a date night and was quite pleased with both the food and service. Started with artichoke spinach dip with warm pita chip, which we both enjoyed immensely. Her stuffed shells tasted delicious but had to ask Lindsay our server to bring extra marinara sauce so as not to become too dried out. My chicken carbonara had plenty of chicken and shrimp along with bacon and red peppers! Lindsay was very attentive and never waited long for refills. Overall, good experience but wish prices were a little cheaper.
Had Caleb as our server tonight. I have to say we have never had a better experience at this location as we did tonight. Light conversation but not overbearing. Ready at all times to assist us with our order and add ons. Food was prepared perfectly and drinks were never empty. Even the bus boys were amazingly courteous as they would pass by. Everyone seemed in an amazing mood and was hustling to make sure the customer experience was perfect through and through. Thank you Caleb for taking so much pride in your craft and making our evening enjoyable!-Justin the extra black olive guy.
They never fail. Being a comfort restaurant of mine, I usually have the same expectations but I am never ever disappointed. From a casual night out to pick up orders for lunch, this location gets it right every time!
