Hands down, the winner is Nudo Vietnamese Cuisine. This place is amazing. We tried the traditional Banh mi. The bread was out of this world. The flavors were perfect. We also ordered Bun Dac Biet. The size of the bowl blow us away. It was huge. Again the flavors were in concert with each other. This is number 1 on my list of 904’s favorites. We also had the Che for dessert. Very delicious.

Food was okay.. got fried rice and could only eat 1/3 because oil was built up at the bottom of the container. Wouldn't have touched it if I would've noticed initially. The boyfriend got soft noodles with beef and well, he wasn't a fan. Won't be returning.
I was looking for a Vietnamese restaurant in the mandarin area and found this place. Nudo Vietnamese Cuisine on San Jose Blvd had good reviews so I decided to check it out. The place is extremely clean especially the bathroom. The decor was inviting and looks like a higher class restaurant. I was pleased with staff which was attentive and friendly. I ordered my go to meal of Pho Ga with grilled chicken spring roll and water. The food came out fast and very hot! The spring roll was tasty and I enjoyed it. The Pho Ga was extremely hot which is a good thing and the flavor of the broth was very good. As you see from the pictures the Pho was packed with herbs, rice noodles and chicken and I was happy with that. I did enjoy it but I felt the broth was very oily which is not what I like. It did have tons of flavor but the oily broth made me not finish my meal. I have been to many Vietnamese restaurants and while this is good I might not want to order the Pho Ga again. I will come back and try other items to see how they are. Overall it was a good experience and I did like the cleanliness of the restaurant.
My husband and I had a great dinner at Nudo. It was our first visit. For an appetizer we had the grilled beef rolls. Then the Spicy beef noodle soup and the duck soup. Everything was great. Great quality and price. The employees were very nice and helpful.
Delicious Vietnamese food! Sure enough I still like Southeast Asian food. Worth recommending
Very happy to have a great vietnamese restaurant on this side of town! I had the pork spring rolls and the pho with steak. All the ingredients were very fresh and served hot. For the pho the broth was very flavorful and the serving was very generous. The staff was attentive and very helpful. I will definitely be back!
