I would give neg 3 stars if possible. I had an order just placed earlier today and pick up was for 5:30. I receive a call at 5:15 asking if I would be picking up my order today???? Why wouldn’t I? Why did I receive a call?? I wasn't late, my order was paid for… again why? No explanation, Ashley was very rude and made me feel she wanted to close earlier than 6. If you don't need business that bad then I will never be back! Worst experience. And don't blame the pandemic as you were better during!!!!
Anazing every time... The red velvet is really moist, the best I have had... But the white chocolate raspberry is to die for. I have bought the small cakes for my customers, they enjoy them just as much as I do.... Thank You for experience ?

Update: the Bundtlet was gorgeous, absolutely yummy. My only gripe is that you can't get it out of the container (and onto a plate) without smushing up the icing :-/Just as advertised, nothing but bundt cakes. I expected a little more variety in toppings, but otherwise looking forward to trying the cakes we've taken home to enjoy!

God forbid if your birthday happens to be also a "holiday". Nothing Bundt cakes sent me an email for a free bundlet for my birthday. I placed an order for 2 dozen buntinis for Valentines Day pick up. Went to pick up and said "I also have your email for my birthday bundtlet". I was told "You can't have it today. You have to come back tomorrow." Nope. Not going to happen. No where on the email did it have restrictions for specific days. So ...forget it!

Wedding review- amazing! The cakes we had were so good and flavorful. They were extremely affordable and we ran into a bump (my fault) and the staff were quick to fix this and accommodate our wedding without hesitation. They deliver too which is always a plus when you’re running around! Everyone we spoke to via email or phone was kind and always responded within 24-48 hours, during Covid times that is exceptional! We’d recommend them to anyone, our guests still talk about these bundt cakes!!
I typically love this place. But it’s sad when you can’t order the flavors that you want in the bundtinis. I was told I can only order the two assortments they make available. Took my business elsewhere where I can get what my party guests want and NOT what I’m told to order. Very disappointing.
I do ride share and delivery ,and Ive delivered for them off and on for the last year or so .. an so today... I decided, my turn I have to try wat smells so very good to my nose... ? An all I have to say is, exactly wat I thought just amazingly better ,, melt in ur mouth... I tried the carrot cake and the Red Velvet... I'm more of a carrot fan than a red velvet and a lot more critical on that carrot... And out of 40 years I've never ate anything so delicious the best carrot cake I've ever had loved it loved it loved it.... A must try for everybody...
