This company is very unprofessional. Their GM and their workers (the GM kids) are very disorganized. When I arrived there to pick up my order they didn't have my order. They told me they would take my order and bring it to my car. I waited 20 mins. When I came back my order still wasn't ready. I asked for a refund and the GM told me I had to wait until everyone else in a long line ordered to get my refund. I called their corporate number, but it's disconnected and the other corporate number tells you to write an email. This company has had the worst customer service I've encountered in a while. Also, their meals are tiny portions and not worth the money.
Never going back here again. Every time we get an order they leave off something from our order. And something major like the sauce that goes on the pasta or the shrimp that goes in the shrimp scampi. And then the people working there argue with you that you didn’t add the shrimp to the shrimp scampi. When the app doesn’t give you the option to add or remove the shrimp. And if we get a kids meal it is GUARANTEED they forget the kids juice or one of sides. The customer service is seriously lacking.
This place has spectacular vegetarian and gluten-free options! There are not too many restaurants in this area that serve pasta like that, and I greatly enjoyed the cauliflower rigatoni Rosa. It was excellent, definitely would recommend this place.
I used to love this place but now I don’t know if I’ll be back. I’m writing this as I’m trying to eat my cold food. Food Quality has definitely gone down here over the years. It’s unbelievable that they would even try to serve this. Especially when the restaurant is dead slow.
Cool place to pick up a hot bowl of pasta. They could keep the dining area a little cleaner. Prices are cheap. The chicken Alfredo is always delicious.
We were looking for a quick lunch that wasn’t too heavy and chose to eat here. We had never eaten at one of these. It was pretty good. I had a tortellini dish with a Caesar salad. I wouldn’t mind eating at one of these again. It was something different. It’s just what we were looking for.
Mac & cheese with chicken was very watery and the cheese did not Melt well. Very disappointed to pay $10.75 for room temperature food that just wasn’t great. This mac & cheese would not hold a candle to Chick-fil-A Mac & cheese that’s for sure . Or maybe my expectations was just too high but $10.75 is $10.75 I been coming here for years and I don’t understand what just happened to my lunch break just now. Please let me know what is going on.
Had the orange ? chicken ? , it was pretty good, not better than panda express tho
My zucchini noodles were in so much liquid that I could barely discern the sauce flavor. I ordered a Caesar salad and received some sort of salad mix in a tiny bowl with something resembling Caesar dressing on the side. I ordered regular pasta for two kids and one reviewed a full bowl and the other a baby portion size.The counters were dirty, seats ripped and staff rude.Big NO on ever eating here again.
Very Yummy and Hit the Spot. My wife and I really enjoyed it.I forgot to take a photo... but here are the used bowls we will use to warm up food this week. Another great resource!!
