I wish I could give negative zero stars. They tell you 45 mins. For an order. I give them an hour (on my lunch break), go to pick up my order that ordered over the phone in over an hour & she is JUST starting to make my order! They never have any protein (tuna, chicken, eggs, ham....etc). My colleagues and I split pay w/ cash. The lady ripped my head off because I was paying in cash "w/the pandemic WE DON'T USE CASH!!!" She chewed me up when I told her I only had cash & wanted to cancel. DO NOT GO HERE! PLUS THEY'RE OVER PRICED!
The food is enjoyable here but the time it takes to get your food is far too long. 35-40 min for a sandwich seems excessive and every time I order something I usually have to wait 15-20 min longer once I arrive to pick up and there isn't anyone in the restaurant eating. I completely understand it is all made to order but a salad shouldn't take longer than 20 min to assemble.
Every time I go in they've got a new dish and every time it's fantastic. One of the best places in Jax for a quick, delicious bite.
Very disappointing experience , they were out of stock on about half the menu. The food took a while to come out and we were the only ones there. The sandwich was bland and cold & the meat portion was medicore , the salad was basic and cut into rustic different size peice . One of the salads appeared to not have dressing & when i asked for dressing the lady said “i put some mixed it , i think thats enough”the decor was nice but the food and care was trash.
I had a great experience here, the Decor is pleasing with soft background music. I found the staff welcoming, helpful and friendly.The home made soup is delicious along with the sandwiches I have eaten here a few times and can recommend it.
This place is a hidden gem, fantastic food, the soup is freshly made and delicious, the sandwiches are yummy with lots of choices, they also have healthy options. I also like the soft background music, friendly staff, definitely going back
The family and I love this place! Thier homemade recipes are full of flavor. The food is always worth the wait and the atmosphere here is very relaxing ? my fam is team mocha thanks guys
Great Cuban sandwiches, chicken soup was the best, quick service and the staff was very friendly. I’m coming back when I’m in Jacksonville again

I wish I could have enjoyed this place as much as others have. Unfortunately, I had by far my worst experience in an establishment since the pandemic. We arrived 15 minutes after they opened, 11:15am, they only had 2 others guests in front of us with not a single table taken, the other person working was coming in with food items that needed to be stocked for the day(15 min after they opened?) We didn't receive our cold sandwiches and salads until 12:47pm. If you are understaffed maybe you shouldn't be setting up your deli 15 minutes after you open. Wake up a little earlier so you can set your deli up for success rather than failure. I understand the difficulty staffing during the pandemic but this in inexcusable. Also, if you're concerned about 'sanitation and cleanliness' because of Covid, I don't recommend this deli. The woman working was making the food, would stop to go pick up the phone and take an order, take a guests order that walked in and go back and continue making food - no hand washing was done mind you, you can clearly see behind the counter.
