I ordered Salmon, not sushi.Young blonde waitress was rude/awful (came to our table twice) so we got to-go boxes and took our food home the moment our food hit the table. Big mistake as the salmon was undercooked/still very much raw. My French dip sandwich looked like it was assembled by a 10 year old slopping together his first sandwich. No care in to the food at all. Terrible service from this particular young (20’s) blonde waitress.

It’s all about the food for me ? ? 5 stars for the food.

Used to be good. Service is now hit or miss and nothing like it used to be. Good luck if you go as it has become incredibly inconsistent. We just went and had to ask the server for napkins and straws. Basic stuff missing It's too bad used to be a good place.

We go to eat at 9:30 at night .We are told a minimum of a 35 minute wait to get a table. With a minimum of 15 to 18 open and empty tables. The lady tells me they are short staffed , so I have to wait. When I waited on tables , we filled the restaurant and waited "extra tables = extra money".The owners We're not told by the employees what hours they're gonna work and what hours they're not going to work.If you wonder why your business starts to fail. Then now you understand why.Fill every seat every chance you get and don't let customers walk out the door unhappy and your business will prosper.

We stopped in for lunch today (a Tuesday) around 12:30pm. It took an hour and a half for a small plate of wings, side of fries, and nacho appetizer. That’s with two small kids. And it was still $50. Way too many options that are quicker, less expensive, better quality, and much better service. There’s a reason I haven’t been back in two years - and I’m not sure we will venture here in another two either.Update : the restaurant attempted to contact us to ask what happened, but never followed up or answered my email. Again, lack of customer service or even care.

Tara was our server and she was awesome!!! So sweet and kind, knowledgeable, helpful and overall just great energy. Really enjoyed her. Food is always great. I will always come back and ask for her! You’re lucky if you have her as your waitress! ?

I haven’t been to the Ale House since before the pandemic. They simplified the menu, which mainly consists of burgers and sandwiches. The quality was the same as before, namely mediocre. The place did seem a bit cleaner and we noticed newer tvs as well. We had the prime burger, the spicy chicken sandwich (named after a city - sorry I don’t remember which one), as well as the kids sliders and two soups. Everything was tasty enough and my Bloody Mary was good too. Paying nearly $70 for this food, however, was not my favorite part of the evening.

Waitress was very polite and cheerful. Did not care for the food though. It had no seasoning and was pretty bland. The drinks were weak and just overall not one of my favorite spots.

Was reminded why I quit ordering food from this location. Placed a to-go order for a kids hamburger meal and salad and this is what the kids hamburgers looked like. The patties were super small and close to burnt. Bread was super hard. Won’t be ordering again!

Manager was so sweet and accommodating! I couldn’t catch his name but he helped me so much when there was something wrong with my delivery. I appreciate all of the staff that helped with my order and our food was delicious! ♥️
