Attentive staff, good prices, and great food. In fact, the best rice I've ever had (and I've had a lot rice from all over).Only reason for 4 stars is the condition of the wall in the front; cracked and dirty - in need of painting.
Used to go here for a few years until the last time I "accidentally" left my cash app card. (They never handed it back to me with my food and I didn't notice) until I started getting charges from the truck and them trying to spend 110$ at walmart. I should've went back up there and complained but I knew they were gonna play stupid about it so I just stopped eating there.
Very authentic food here and very nice staff. Also a very clean environment! I will always come back!

I normally order from The Hernandez taco stand across the street, but today I decided to eat at the restaurant. OMG!!!! Sooooo worth it!! I had the Chicharrón en salsa verde. It was delicious!! My hostess was incredibly nice and suggested other dishes to compliment my main entree. If I could give ten stars instead of five, I would. I literally tried to lick my plate clean! I will definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and family. Thank you so much for flirting with my palate.??

Fresh and flavorful food!
I thought the food was excellent. The red sauce on top of my poblano stuffed with cheese had such a fresh tomato flavor, I enjoyed EVERY bit of it. The beans are not fully pureed like many other places do, so these were BETTER than average! The staff, like another review stated, do not speak fluent English, but they have many items with photos and English descriptions. We didn't experience language issues though because my husband can speak Spanish. The staff were very friendly and the service was very quick and accurate. I didn't give a 5 star because my husband wanted a dish from the menu, but they were out of ingredients for it. He was a "eh, it was ok" review. That and the decor. It's just a basic strip-mall restaurant with metal chairs and plain tables. This could be a little gem hidden in the neighborhood. We are minutes away, so will enjoy coming back for lunch.
I haven't had Mexican food this good....since I was in Mexico. Hidden gem in Jacksonville for sure. Fresh and authentic. I highly recommend the food here.
