Go to this place 2 nights in a row and try to eat. Night 1: half the restaurant empty and was told there was an hour wait. Night 2: website says they close at 12am on a Friday night. The door says 10pm. We get there at 9:30pm and we are told they just closed the kitchen. They don't answer phones to give togo orders and they definitely don't have it together.
Ordered 2 pizzas both came out within 2 minutes of one another first one was hot. Second one was not. We notified server who was not ours she verified the pizza the temperature of both by touching th pans and said you are right thos one is not even close. She had the manager who had delivered the cold pizza to is to remove it from our check. The manager knew it was cold when HE delivered it to our table in the first place. He never came to our table to address the issue.
The best service I have in a while! Our server Hailey was awesome! Even got our food paid for! I will definitely be back! Awesome job guys! Oh and the manager came to our table and made sure we were okay, thats a first for me!
We had a party of 25+ & Juliette was our waitress & when I say her customer service was superb. She really went above & beyond for my family & I. Thank You for the great customer service.?

Update: Called to speak to a manager regarding my "suggestions" on how they could DO BETTER... had to leave a message but was ensured I would get a call back before close of business and DID NOT!Ordered carry out... after spending $50, I wasnt expecting to have to cook my own food once I got home. The pizza & wings were so soggy and inedible as is; until I had to recook them in my airfryer & oven. Pathetic!!!
MM is becoming one of our favorites when we travel. Good salads, sandwiches and pizzas. Drinks hit the spot. My grandkids force their parents far out of the way to go. Love the eclectic decor.
Been here a couple times due to my girlfriend loving the chain, and I've got to say I'm quite a fan now myself. I personally have not tried their pizza yet, definitely looks amazing though, but their hoagies are delicious and you get a lot for 12 dollars! I've had the chicken and cheese hoagie and the meatball hoagie from here and they are some of the best sandwiches I've ever had.This is now my mom's go-to place for salads, her favorite is the elevated cob. She has stomach issues and cannot eat salad if the leaves are slightly turned at all, almost all places we go she has to send the salad back but has never had an issue here, her only complaint is that she wishes they offered lite dressings.The staff here are exceptionally nice and very friendly too, very awesome atmosphere, and pretty good prices for the amount of food you get!
Our waitress, Hailey is awesome.Calzone full of mushroomies, cheese & sausage. Very good & bleu cheese wedge very plentiful. Pop's had meat lovers.
