Came here since the wait at First Watch was almost an hour. I had been meaning to try it since 2019, just never had the opportunity to. There was a bunch of different foods to choose from. I ordered the toasted bread pudding with seven mini biscuits and had apple butter and the b2 berry jam as the dips. My daughter had the kids waffle with chocolate chips and strawberries, topped with whip cream. My partner had a friend chicken egg biscuit. He said there was a bit of a spicy flavor to it, but he enjoyed it. The only thing that bothers me is that they didn't have any non dairy options. That's not really fair that as someone who can't have dairy, I have to suffer and not enjoy my drink. I couldn't have their OJ either, because I also have a sensitivity to citric acid. We sat outside since there was no inside seating.
Classic biscuit and gravy is to die for. So good. Also had fresh squeezed orange juice. They actually use real Maple syrup too. Thank you for an amazing breakfast.

This is an order at the counter restaurant. Pay attention to the “question of the month” because you need an answer in order to complete your order. The food was really tasty. The cinnamon biscuit was delicious. It was a great stop for a quick breakfast.
This is called the Cowboy it’s a new menu item ..it’s a monster everything you could want for breakfast in one sandwich!! Very Yum I’d recommend it for sure! My first time here they treated me like family soon as I walked in! Explained the menu and they don’t ask for your name they ask what makes you Smile ?
Our greeter/cashier girl was friendly and, once she knew we were first-time customers, she came out from behind the counter and took time to explain what Maple Street is known for and what’s super good there. She even gave us a few item freebies to try out as new customers. Once the food came out, it didn’t disappoint! The biscuits are delicious. Everything we ordered was delicious! And the place is cute and clean.
The biscuit sandwich was delicious. I went there for the 1st time on Monday with my best friend and husband.
The service could have been a little better cause our food was ready but sat up at the counter for awhile. I think maybe a mic or a server handing out the food would be better. Food was good though.
There aren't many places that delivers consistently GREAT food and GREAT service over the past...I dont know how long. San Marco location is the beacon, the start of the wondrous biscuit basking, chicken chalice of proper eats.
