This little pizza place was perfect for what I was looking for! I needed a gluten free crust and that’s the main reason that drew me here. I’ve eaten a lot of gluten free pizzas over the years at different places and this one was probably in the top 5. My grandson got a kid’s pepperoni pizza and I was surprised at how big it was. Our pizzas arrived quickly and the servers were friendly.
I am a creature of habit and usually order from the same few pizza places. My wife wanted to try something different and I'm really glad she did. I realize that some of the reviews are sketchy...but our experience was fantastic. We did Buffalo chicken, Pesto Chicken, and Pepperoni and sausage. We also got some fried ravioli. Everything was fantastic. Crust was crispy and the pizza wasn't super greasy. We ordered via the slice app and it got here fairly quick. Give this place a shot. Great food!!! Thank you all.
The place is small. Only a few tables for inside dining. It looked clean. The staff are very friendly. The waitress kept cutting me off when I tried ordering. I wanted the sampler appetizer. She brought out onion rings and 2 orders of garlic knots?. The onion rings were delicious. The garlic knots were terrible. Like eating a stale dinner roll with garlic butter. I ordered the Chicago Style deep dish with pepperoni and sausage. The crust is just stale bread. The sauce has excellent taste but it was very watery. If you want onion rings I highly recommend it. If you want good pizza, skip this place for sure.
So today I ordered a Supreme and Pep pizza, they we’re soggy and it was piled with topics. The building had hair hanging from the wall and stains. My Cousin ordered a Sweet Tea and had a bone in it. The Cashier was also our Waitress and she was rude and disrespectful. She didn’t greet me when I said “hey” or nothing. The table was dirty when I first walked in and wasn’t clean at all. There was tags on the floor. I left there and my Throat was sore from all the food I ate.
On of our favorite pizzeria joints in Jacksonville. We love the cherry pepper topping pizza. Haven't tried other dishes. Pizza is a winner. Cute decir, nice staff.
The customer service was on point. The night I visited the restaurant for the first time. Chef salad is enough for three people. The Chicago style pizza is amazing. A bit pricey for the toppings but good.
Very good pizza, lots of flavor, yummy sauce, wonderful service. I’ll definitely return in the future!
Being from Chicago we wanted to try you Chicago pizza. We went to the Mandarin location. First, I have never seen a reputable restaurant that allows food service workers to have long fake nails…they allow it here. Ordered a soda which was not drinkable. When I told the server all she said was well I guess they didn’t fix it. The repair man was just here. Yes I had to pay for it. The Chicago pizza was horrible. If you can not make it correctly don’t offer it. Ours was a NY pizza loaded with cheese. It had NO bottom crust. Finally I have never encountered a restaurant if this type automatically add gratuity. It was not deserved!
This review is for the new location that does not pop-up on Google maps yet, if San Jose Blvd.Staff was amazing, very welcoming and helpful. Small location. Food quality was great, very flavorful.Ordered onion rings, they said they were homemade but texture was like the frozen store bought kind. Then we got the Chicago Style spicy Pepper Jack Pizza.My huge turnoff of the restaurant, for 2 of us to eat, gratuity was added to the bill when the check came out.
Im down in Jacksonville, on business; and I love trying out local favorites. This is one, that truly lived up to it's hype. The pizza was absolutely amazing! Great job! The delivery was on time, and the pizza was hot. The hot cherry tomatoes were to die for. Great Job all around! I will definitely be recommending this joint to my colleagues and friends!
