Main Event is great! Courtney, our server at the restaurant, provided exceptional service and the food was delicious. Entire facility was extremely clean for the amount of foot traffic they receive throughout a Friday night. Variety of games for all ages and the whole family thoroughly enjoyed laser tag. Had a few small technical issues with one game machine. Within minutes an attendant came to resolve them and get us our credits back. All staff encountered were courteous, knowledgeable and welcoming. We will definitely be back!
Great evening with the family. Restraunt and the entree game combo was the reason for the star deduction. You can only buy the entree & food combo while you are sitting at the table! There should be a way to purchase the combo from the front desk and just recieve a entree card valid for that day only. Especially considering we had a 30 min wait to be seated in the near empty restaurant.However once we were seated, our server was amazing. She was over loaded and seemed to be the only server so she was slow, to no fault of her own. The rest of the staff seemed to be unorganized as most of them seemed to be standing around at the kitchens edge for our while visit. Food was hot, delicious and quick.We will certainly be back. Hopefully, they will have their staff in order and resolve theire entree & food combo issues.
Came here with my family and I had a blast.Very clean and sanitized location. Food is great and staff is awesome. Ernest the manager is super helpful anyways walking around making sure that everyone is being taking care of and is making sure everything is great. Our server Tammi made sure our orders were correct and always came by to see if we needed anything else. I had a great experience and will definitely return with family and friends especially from out of town. Thanks again for making our experience great.
It's neat. There's a large and diverse assortment of games, as well as, well you might expect it from a Main Event, bowling and a laser tag area. Although I have not been to the laser tag or the bowling at this specific ME, I'd assume it's just like the other ME's.The food here is seemingly nice. The waiters tend to be very sweet and nice, and I noticed quite a few of the dining workers cleaning; cleaning tables, sweeping, all of that, so this ME is clean as well as enjoyable.
The customer service was horrrribblleee..I live in SC and traveled there for my sons birthday. I went online and signed up for the bowling. Once we arrived no one knew what was going on. She took us to the bowling area and said someone would be with us. No one ever came. We had to ask for menu's, ask for a server, ask for utensils, and ask for a serve for the check. When booking online I also purchased game cards which were never given to me and had to go back to the front desk to get. All in all they made us feel like it was a bother for them to do their jobs.
Horrible experience! Place was nasty, women's bathroom was very dirty. We waited one hour, asking over and over for someone to come get our order. I had to walk to the bar and order my own drinks. We had to chase servers so we can place our food order. Took FOREVER to get our food. Burger was so dry, my son's Shirley temple never arrived. I had to talk to 3 different servers to bring his drink. When it finally made it to the table (another 30 minutes) looked nothing like the
awesome place!!!only bad thing I'd say is,the server we had for a kids birthday was unfriendly ( to put it nicely)
It is a great place to have fun but their busiest days are not the best. I had to wait half an hour for food. To even get a booth to sit and eat at takes hours. I had to sit near the bowling lane tables just to find somewhere to eat. However, the kids had a great time playing many games. I just wished it was a more organized establishment.
If you are serious about being competitive in bowling and having a friendly matchup this is not the place to do it. Lanes are awful. Sometimes players need to do 2 or 3 throws just for the computer to register the play. We used lanes 10-12 all of them with the same problem. That being said. The place is fun and super loud. Food was good and table service very attentive. Arcade is fun too. In general a good family experience
DO NOT BOOK YOUR PARTY HERE!!! WE HAD A BIRTHDAY PARTY FEBRUARY 26TH FOR MY SON'S 8TH BIRTHDAY. OUR GIFTS WERE STOLEN AND I HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK FROM MAIN EVENT ABOUT THIS INCCIDENT. THEIR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM IS ASTOUNDING. I WAS TOLD I WOULD BE CONTACTED TO VIEW FOOTAGE AND THAT THEY WOULD CONTACT THE PARTY THAT WAS SITTING NEXT TO OUR TABLE IN CASE THEY MISTAKENLY PICKED IT UP.
