Visited today because of a clients reference. Didn't look like anyone was there so hubby went in...they are open. One menu taped to a blackboard with no prices and what we wanted had "OUT written in red on the menu. Had to ask for prices... $14.50 for 2 egg rolls . We were willing to try but they were out of 3 of the 5 things we came to try including the peach cobbler eggrolls... we were told that she was just making them and they needed to set before she could cook them... its 1:13 pm with 2 other people in the whole place. We were definitely disappointed as we know businesses have bad days... but we will wait a long while before we try it again.
The food and customer service were both amazing. Worth every penny!!
I have never heard or seen this place before, but I can say this,Just reading the reviews I’ve got to find this place,,, I live in Hilliard now, but when I was a young girl we lived in Sherwood Forest until I was 16,,, ( I’m 62 now) We were right beside the Ribault Drive Inn,,, I loved living there but then my Mother remarried and we moved to Callahan,,, but anyways I have gotta find this place,, and I’m wanting some OX tail The first review I read they said they ate the OXTAIL wow I can taste them now,,a lady I worked for made this With Rice and it was so delicious and she made pig tails and rice... I finally got to try y’all and let’s just say everything was delicious!! I will definitely be back soon sorry no pics but I had fried shrimp, mac & cheese, red beans and rice and seafood egg rolls ???
Tried this place for the first time today and I was not disappointed. I got the Soul food egg roll and chicken wing meal with a side of mac and cheese and ox tail rice. I went at a perfect time there was no wait and my food came out freshly cooked. The cook was very polite and also made sure I checked and was satisfied with all of my food. If I could give this place a 10 I would. This is definitely a MUST try.

Visiting from California . Found this place on the web . As all of the actual food reviews were great . We took an Uber from an airport hotel that was about 33$ one way . Yes extremely high . But instead of going to a big chain I wanted some real southern food & wanted to support my own . Opens at 11 , we get there Boom NO ONE WAS THERE ! No notice on your ig page or google account . & guess what another 33 dollars the other way .You guys should really do something about that . It isn’t fair to your customers & it’s really unprofessional. We always yelling support our business but we’re that have these hiccups .
I cannot give a full review because I didn't actually eat there. I would suggest that you call before you make the drive there to ensure that they're actually open for business. Gas prices are way to high to drive out of your way and not actually get any food. I drove 30 minutes there and discover they're were on reset. There is nothing on their FB page, Google profile, or Website that indicates that business closes or reopens at a specific time. I arrive at 2:30pm and discover that they were on a reset until 430. What a waste of my time and drive. Totally unprofessional. They have the power to adjust their business hours biut have chosen not to do so for whatever reason. F+++

Listen Mr. Stevon has me beyond happy and full. My husband and I had the seafood and the soul food rolls ?. I had the baked salmon and he had the wings. The gumbo and the peach cobbler. If you haven’t visited this establishment yet GET THERE!!! You will not be disappointed.
