SIT AT THE BAR!!! The service at the bar is unparalleled!!!! The food is also wonderful. The filet with rice pilof and sweet potato is heaven!
Well one of us had a perfect dinner. The other ordered a ribeye medium. Received a New York strip. Sent that back. Got a ribeye rare. Still mooing. Sent that back and when it came back we realized the steak was rancid. The waiter was very nice and had that meal taken off the bill. We didn’t want to try for a 4th go around.
We had good food and great service on our visit despite them being shortstaffed. Everyone there kept it under control even on the holiday.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!Ive been to diff. locations of Longhorn to celebrate special events of my life but I was so disappointed with this branch in Southside. They gave me brocolli with WORM and I politely told them but they did not even say sorry about it. Then, they change it with another side of brocolli but sadly with worm in it again. It so was gross and unsanitary. I ended up not eating my food and paid full amount. #NEVERAGAIN
We went early, about 3:45, so it wasn't busy.The service was okay and the food was descent except they really need to lighten up with the seasoning on the steaks. Or at least change up the amounts in the mix.Friend ordered lite seasoning and still had to send it back because it was to peppery.I didn't say lite seasoning but wish I had.All in all, not a bad experience but I have had better.
The host Alexis Singleton helps you as soon as you walk into the host stand. Her cheery smile makes you feel welcome and assisted us with any needs, very talkative, kind, and outgoing. The meal and service were amazing like usual- I will be coming back, really adds to the positive experience !!
Food and service were great! Was a little clammy inside, maybe the ac wasn't working all together? But it was clean, staff knew what they were doing, food was made exactly as expected. Would recommend.
Always a good time and great food! Our bartenders name was either Shelly or Shelby sorry bad with names but she gave us great service, the food was amazing. I always have a good experience at this location :)
Service was great. Waiter deserved his $50 tip. Dinner we hot and fresh. Order was correct. No much to complain other than they were cleaning while we were eating but itc was a good experience
I ordered the 7 peppered steak salad it's my favorite with ranch dressing as well as a new York strip baked potatoe side salad and added a lobster tail everything was delicious I ordered online for curbside pickup it was fast easy and the host was friendly and efficient
