All the wait staff is friendly and energetic If there is ever an issue with our meal it's handled immediately no questions asked The manager always steps in to make sure we're happy and the food is consistently amazing! After being disappointed by the other two big chain steak houses in town this has been our weekly go-to With prices increasing and our outings cut back this is one indulgence we keep so worth it!
Celebrated my son's 21st birthday tonight. Love this place. Delicious food and great service. And THE Drinks Were yummy!
My wife and I set up the Westside/Clay County Amputee Gathering for this location. There were 7 people with different levels of mobility. It was pouring outside and the staff was outside helping people get into the building and holding an umbrella to keep them dry. They (manager included) even helped us out to our vehicles. The food was excellent and so was our server! He did an awesome job! This restaurant is very handicapped friendly and the bathroom was easy to maneuver with my 24" wheelchair. Everyone had a much needed good time!
Today was not a success. I have been here many times and today the table or booth smelled like a dirty dog. It kinda messes with your appetite. I suggest going for a meal, but quickly notify the manager if something does not have a find scent food smell.
My son loves this place! It gets busy, so call ahead or add yourself to the wait list before arriving. The service is good. The food is reasonably priced and tastes good.The lobster tails are my favorite and they have the absolute best broccoli!
This is the best longhorn we go to! Every time we go to a different longhorn, we always have something screwed up with our order. We have gone to this particular one for at least 2 & 1/2 years now and I can’t even remember the last time we’ve had an issue here. It does get busy, so sometimes we do wait a little to get our plates. But we love ordering to go here because they give good portions for the sweet & spicy chicken bites. And they give us extra sauce when we ask; a lot of it too! Hands down this will forever be my favorite Longhorn

Good good atmosphere! Bar staff was very professional and immediately took my order. Food came out hot and freshly made. Pleasant all around experience.
Food was good. Waiter checked on us to make sure everything was to our liking. The only thing I had a problem with is the smell from the carpet. Just my thoughts I feel they should have tile, because of drinks,food and know telling what someone came in with on the bottom of their shoe. Or sprinkle...Carpet Fresh. Just my Thoughts.
The person that I went with had the steak and she didn't like it. It wasn't cooked medium rare and it didn't look like a ribeye. It was kind of small. She stated that it felt like the steak was old. It didn't have season either. Normally, when we go to LongHorn in Augusta and the steak is seasoned perfectly and cooked perfectly as well. We also had the strawberry long pour and couldn't taste the liquor in the drink at all. The drink was extra red and sweet. I had the chicken salad with the vinegar and strawberries. The waitress was kind of slow. The worst thing you can do is take our order and not put it in on time. The people next to us had a bigger crowd and got their order 20 minutes before we did.
