Menu said med chicken sub was 8.29 I was charged 9.99 ...they said prices went up but menu board states 8.29..I feel scammed as I was not offered a receipt until I asked and price was 1.50 more! Shame on you Larry subs for ripping off people!

Larry's Giant Subs i know this post won’t go anywhere but hopefully it saves time for people coming here. cause I just had the worst experience at this place.??? I’ve never experienced my own horrible service in a restaurant like this. I’ve seen it behind a counter, never dealt with it myself. We ask for two subs and the cashier says “mustard?” And I said yes and do you also have Mayo and she said yes, I asked her what other toppings she had (she had an attitude about me asking I’m assuming cause “they’re ready to be home” as they all said) meanwhile they still have 30ish minutes before they’re closed. So we wait for our subs, get them, go to the car, my bf takes a bite and noticed it had spicy mustard on it. We didn’t know that of course and neither of us like spicy mustard, mind you mine didn’t even come with mustard like I asked. So I go in there and I said “do you only have spicy mustard or regular mustard too?” Cause I know some places only offer certain things, And she says “spicy mustard is the default to the subs” while rolling her eyes, I said “well you said mustard, not spicy mustard” & she again repeats that it’s said on the menu, at the bottom in smaller print (an older person coming for the first time wouldn’t ever notice that) me, I’ve never been here before so I think that should’ve been told to me?? So I told her, I also didn’t get mustard on mine like I asked, she said “you said you wanted Mayo” and I said “I said I wanted mustard And then asked if you also had mayo” this girl proceeds to literally ARGUE with me telling me what I said, when my boyfriend was right here next to me, I never said I didn’t want mustard. She said “you specifically said you didn’t want mustard just Mayo, I asked if you agreed and you said yes” THOSE WORDS NEVER HAPPENED. ?So she continues to have an attitude so we asked for a refund. You could tell she was annoyed by that as well. I shouldn’t have to argue back with someone over mustard and a sub we paid for??? I wasn’t even being rude when I said “you should let your customers know that, an old person wouldn’t even notice that” and she just shrugged her shoulders. It should’ve been SIMPLE, a simple “I’m sorry about that maam , I should have let you both know “ and offer to fix our subs, but no, they offer us yellow mustard packets to cover the taste instead.? also, the coworkers were just joking around and laughing instead of “pre-closing” since they’re so worried about going home early. Two of them looked like they were literally about to make out with each other ??? As I’m speaking to the girl who took my order there is 2 other girls (who can’t be managers and if they were why are you letting your peers argue and butt in as well?) short girl with short hair and overalls, next time someone asks you a simple question don’t be rude, idk what you have going on in life as you don’t know what I have going on, I didn’t need that attitude & I’m sure you didn’t need mine back. So to avoid any issues with people you don’t know, do better or get out of customer service. That’s not how you treat a first time customer & I promise I will never be back??? I’ve been in customer service for 6 years now 2 of those years being a manager and that was crazy, I’ve never experienced such attitude from someone in a restaurant. All I wanted was yellow mustard on my sub yall. It’s not that deep. Sorry you wanted to close 30mins early and go home, I was hungry.?

Our first time here and we will return! Even though it was near closing time, the customer service was great. I know those girls must’ve been tired. We split the Big Italian and each had a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup, and everything was tasty.

Service is always amazing. Food is great. Always clean always service with a smile. Kudos to management and staff. You guys are awesome!!!

Food has always been good and flavorful. Kinda tucked away and little hidden but worth the trip.

The young lady that waited on everyone was very patient and kind even when dealing with rude and mean customers her smile and wonderful demeanor never falter and on top of that the food was fantastic.

Horrible customer service, can't read simple instructions to make a Cuban on wheat and when confronted want to do nothing to make it right but have us go out of our way to have it fixed. This Larry's will never get our business again!

I went yesterday. 2/26/22 to Larry's subs. I was disappointed to say the least. I purchased two items off the menu. The first was a Vienna hotdogs. I told her I really had a taste for saurkraut. I told the girl I ordered from I wanted primarily a kraft dog but to put other stuff on. I ended up with a cold dog covered in relish with a teaspoon amount of saurkraut. The relish was from the refrigerator and was really cold. It was just relish and the teaspoon of saurkraut. There was no ketchup, mustaed..

I go there several times a week, very friendly, personable, place is clean, food is delicious and made to order. You should try it. Enjoy it
