Not good, it seemed as if half the ingredients were either left out or put on sparingly. Very bland, dry sandwich. Disappointed.
Worked all day and was starving. We got a meatball and italian sub. Fast and friendly service. Hit the spot. Thanks !!
Great subs prepared quickly at a good price. Always a treat for lunch. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.
Here with my sister , the cheesesteak was ehhhhh I’ve had better but it wasn’t nasty. They should add more seasoning , some mayo and more cheese . My sister had a regular plain hot dog which was fresh , staff was kinda bland they need to smile more & give off a pleasant vibe. Place was clean & food was fresh though so that’s why I gave 4 stars .
Food was amazing. Service was subpar. The girl taking our order scowled at us the whole time and refused to speak.
Tried to order a sub over the phone with a man with a very heavy accent. It was very hard to understand him. After every request during my order he kept asking “are you sure” and all I wanted was to add lettuce and tomato to my cheese steak. He asked 3 times if I was sure that’s the way I wanted to order my sub. Clearly I wanted it that way or I wouldn’t be asking and why wouldn’t I be sure? Either way never ordering here again and that’s one thing I’m sure of!
Sandwich was smashed and falling apart. When a remake was requested, manager was combative & stated that if remade, Sandwich will be remade the exact same way. Requested a Sandwich be made that isn't pressed and structurally sound. Manager continued being verbally combative. Eventually just got a refund. Worst experience at a Larry's ever.
This is my very first 1 star review as I truly don’t like speaking poorly about people or businesses but this place has gotten my order wrong 6 out of 8 times! I totally understand that mistakes happen but again, 6 out of 8! Most of the errors have been related to condiments but there have been other issues as well. Today I ordered a veggie sub with honey mustard but ended up with oil and vinegar. No more chances. I’ll stick with Jersey Mike’s!
2nd time in this location in the past month. Both times my order was wrong and had to return for items that were ordered but not received. I realize the workers seem to be unwilling to work but the employees were not happy to be there. And, dressed in exercise pants and crocs and socks. What happened to required attire? What has happened to offering a different item instead of simply saying “we ain’t got none!” I hate to leave reviews like this but I also hate for a business to suffer IF they are unaware of the type of service being delivered. Maybe one day people will be thankful to have a job.
Excellent Cuban sandwich. First time going, we will go back again.
