Service isn't as good as it used to be. Food isn't as good as it used to be. The menu is a whole lot smaller, and there aren't any prices on it. My taco salad was so greasy that it was soaking and coming through the salad shell. When we showed it to the waitress she said it was just the juice from the meat. Well, juice from hamburger is grease. Also there was a huge clump of hamburger that hadn't been cooked properly. The waitress said she would take it off our bill, but we don't think she did. We had to pay $41 for two dinners and three sweet teas. Pretty darn sure we paid for all three meals. We won't be going back to this one.On a lighter note for those willing to try them, they do allow dogs in their outside patio seating. They also give you a pan and a glass of water for your fur baby
Crissy made great drinks!! I was there last Wednesday and she was super nice and made the BEST drinks. I will be going back to see her. ??
Love the food! Service was okay. I would do 5 star but we waited for a while to get drinks and it was nearly 20 minutes after being seated before they got my toddler a booster chair. All in all, I would definitely come back, just choose a time that isn't so busy (Friday evening) to hopefully have better service.
I was underimpressed by the level of service we received. After 20 minutes of sitting at our table for our waitress to bring us the bills, I walked up to the counter and asked for it. When I walked up there, I saw our waitress sitting on the lobby bench on her cell phone; She didn't even realize I was standing next to her. Once I made it to the front of the line, she overheard my request , and she admitted she forgot about us and apologized. Everyone in that restaurant was working their butts off, except this girl.The salsa was fantastic. Their veggie fajitas were very oily, the chulupa was more like a tostada (still good, but messy), and their refried beans were good, as were their house margaritas. I'd be back, but I'm not jumping at the opportunity to return.
I was honestly disappointed by this place, tried it twice and got the California burrito and fajitas. The meat had absolutely no flavor, like they didn't even season it. The beef was incredibly chewy, seemed like it wasn't cooked correctly. The reason I am giving it 3 stars however, is because it is actually great value though for the cost. The California burrito was what, 13 bucks or so? Absolutely massive and could divide it into 2 or 3 meals for a normal person. Seemed like double the size of a chipotle burrito for reference, though you have to eat it with a fork as it is not exactly closed, and they drench it in sauce on top. I would not eat here for a night out with someone special, but if I was tight on cash and didn't want to cook I would be there all the time. My thoughts are this, if they seasoned and cooked their meat properly, and managed to keep their prices in the same range this would be the spot. Also if they seared their massive burrito shut and ditched the mountain of sauce they dump on top (probably to cover up the fact the meat has no flavor).
Came here with friends. Service was okay. I had to ask multiple times for certain items to be brought to us. The tacos were ok. Nothing great but also not horrible. The best thing was my margarita. Not a place I would frequently visit.
went there to eat dinner, thurs evening feb 24th. ordered steak and chicken fajitas, I've never had such tuff steak, like shoe leather and the the chicken was nearly as tuff. nastiest fajita I ever tried to eat, I'll never step back in that place again, I suggest you consider some other place.
Waited for almost 40 min to get our food and when it finally arrived, everything was cold. Server apologized and said it’s because the kitchen AC is cold! ? Spoke to the manager and explained the situation. She told the server to remove the 2 fajitas from our bill. The server then took my plate not even allowing me to take my “cold” leftovers home. Not even any compensation for the other cold food!!! Seriously poor customer service! Poor management! Won’t be back again!
It is always a fun time. The food is excellent, the crew is helpful very interactive with the customers and very attentive. Price for the amount of food is will worth it. Restaurant is always clean drinks are top notch.
3rd time receiving poor quality food from this restaurant. I always tip and I'm friendly. But this place has ruined dinner for me and my family too many times. I waited over an hour for 3 watery chicken salads. Every chew was like squeezing water from a sponge. The shell was white and soggy. Water was in the bags that held the food. Im done! Wasting my money and time. And no one wants to be sick!
