It's so sad the state of customer service these days. I purchased a large coffee and 6 donuts to go. I was looking at the menu board as I was waiting for my order to be filled. I noticed they sell Carmel macchiato coffee and thought I'd try it instead of regular coffee. Before the attendant made my regular coffee I asked her if I could change my order to the macchiato. She said no. I asked why, she said you already paid.WOW!Why do businesses employ people with bad personalities, and place them in positions to interface with their customers?Ok so I'm updating this review a YEAR later!!!I haven't been here for a year.The counter help is still lacking in knowledge and ability. Why not make the donut case a self serve because the people y'all hire don't know the difference between a cake donut and a yeast donut. Why, WHY put stupid people out front talking to customers? It'll be another year before I try this place again.Let's edit the edit. LolNo way this place is a 4.4 outa 5 starts!They are paying google to remove the bad reviews...it cost $600 a year to do that. Google has us coming and going. My bad reviews makes Google money, and Google praises me for it.....trust me.
The cashier at the drive thru pick up window did not speak at all. Nothing, not a single word. Very odd and rude. The jelly filled donuts didn't have any filling . . . . The glazed donuts were on point!
I went today, early Sunday evening, to purchase a dozen delicious KK Donuts while the "hot" sign was blazing. Not only were they out of chocolate iced glazed donuts but I was sold the most inferior donuts I've ever seen. Tried to call the store manager but after many unanswered rings an automated message came on to say "we're busy and cannot take your call, goodbye". Tomorrow morning I'll be back there (9.7 miles) with a photo of my disappointing goods in hopes of an apology and replacement.
Great selection, staff friendly. Prices lower than where I live. Got 3 dozen.
They are known for turning on the "hot" sign when they have a fresh batch of donuts .I saw the light and purchased me some freshly baked donuts. Oh happy, happy day!!
So love the doughnuts however cereal on top not this best idea but the creativity us a plus.

Great donuts, make sure to get them while the hot light is on. My kids love seeing that red neon light letting us know that the donuts are exceptionally fresh.
You can't buy cream filled donuts without chocolate on them. Who knew. It has been a while since I bought donuts. Great service, good glazed donuts. Management desision to stop selling the basic cream fill donut. Go figure. Highly Disappointed. GO B B
The girl who took my order was not very friendly I ordered two Minie's and she just started fkilling my order and didn't even ask me what Donuts I wanted. Try to talk to her and joke with her but she kind of ignored me
