I gave it 4 stars and not 5 because on multiple occasions I've shown up for the Lit sign, Ordered and have had to wait 10-20 minutes for the Hot and Fresh Doughnuts. Staff kinda acts like they just don't care. Overall its good but could use some happier staff.
Of course 5 stars... I don't think an Explanation is needed, but here goes....who wouldn't want a doughnut that literally melts in your mouth. Krispy Kreme is the best hands down
Folks I have to tell you I am in the middle of getting a job trying to which Krispy Kreme and they are so patient and so understanding I went in there and I met with one of the managers she was awesome and I spoke with the store manager he was awesome and they're been really great working with me trying to get situated with your computers in the people they did they hire on employees and things they just been awesome and the customers were so was so excited about being there when I was sitting watching and the employees were still together everybody works at 1 and it was so awesome I have to tell you the Krispy Kreme on San Jose awesome do you know if you want to go to a great Krispy Kreme the one on San Jose is awesome not saying that all of them but the great people and they really patient and they understand with a customer needs and you know I give them a five stars because they're awesome and they are just great all the way around the managers the employees kind Smiles respectable great people so check out the cream on San Jose check them all out they're all great but this one I had an opportunity to see first-hand so keep me in prayer and luck with getting a job and hopefully it'll come through

National Donut Day! Gave us any one we wanted! Had lots of staff for the crowd, cleaned tables as soon as they emptied. Staff was amazing under pressure, helpful, kind and pleasant! Thank you!!
The doughnuts we got were under cooked and raw dough in center. Little to no filling in the lemon, not even a whole bite of filling in all 6. Really disappointing.
Very good place . Always make a fresh donuts. Friendly stuff and in general good vibe to visit this place . My daily place for a morning coffee and donuts.
I went for donuts and they jad a special. I asked itlf I could get 4 boxes on the special. The girl said, yes. The. She said wait, let me ask. She asked another girl and she said No. The girl came back a d said, No I can't do that. I said okay. Mind you the girl that was waiting on me was the one getting my donuts and cashed me out. I told her thank you. I got in the vehicle went through the drive thru and ordered 2 boxes, no questions asked, pulled around to the drive thru showed email on my phone and received the special. Yes, it was inconvenient, but same results. Inside the store they wasn't asking to even see the email, people were mentioning the coupon and purchased several boxes. They get business all the time and through out the day and some come when they have specials and purchase more than they would've or even go there because of special. This is also to attract business and customers coming back. I stopped in and brought for our office and the co-workers were pleased, most said, Awe and Krispy Kreme, love it. Alot of people in our office use other donut shops. To be honest, not sure how soon I will be returning after this or at least returning to this location.
Friendly staff and good coffee, donuts, and service.Got a nice selection of 4 dozen donuts to take to the hard working hospital staff and they did a great variety.Always love their hot donuts too. The new filled glazed donuts are really tasty!
Every once and while it is perfectly okay to satisfy that sweet tooth desire of sticky fresh donuts. I can think of no better way than the team that works at the Krispy Kreme on San Jose Blvd!!
