I remember we use to travel a long way to get Great donuts from here and pick up extra for people in the neighborhood. Not anymore. I don't know what happened to this place. Customer service sucks. The employee's are not friendly. Nobody wants to work anymore just there for a pay check. Very disappointed!!!!!
I am thrilled every time I go I don’t care how much it cost for a piece of fried dough. I love consistency and I have found it on Cassat Ave since I was hanging on the counter and watching the donuts flip into the glaze. I’m 60 yrs old now and shooting for a hundred years of Krispy Kreme. I’m happy to say my Grandsons love them too.
Love the original glazed especially when "hot now"!! There's usually a line both inside and the drive thru, but it usually moves pretty quick so never really have to wait to long. Definitely recommend if your craving something sweet.
Good folks but just a bit slow to greet and grab Mobile order. Great taste and fresh.
Listen, nobody else gives you a whole box of donuts free for your birthday, every year! It's wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!!! Get them when they're hot!!!
I visit this location because it's the most convenient location for me and my family. The doughnuts are always fresh and the customer service is usually awesome. I wanted to specifically mention Alijah at the Cassatt ave location who provided excellent customer service. Hopefully management will see this and give him kudos. Thank you young man for being both polite and professional.
Always loved Krispy Kreme but the donuts this morning and last few times tasted more like grease then the donut never have the donuts on the menu.. The manager or owners should make a trip to Pensacola fl and learn how they are made the correct way
My favorite is their hot glazed donuts. I order buy 1 get one from my cousin for a fundraiser! It’s a great way to support schools and students sports teams.
Usually never have a problem here but this was my 1st. I wasn't provided a receipt, given wrong order (was told thats what I ordered but again no receipt which ends in me not getting my rewards), got it corrected but she could've added the ones I was missing instead of putting her hands back in my box because she was touching other flavors/equipment & threw away 8 doughnuts in the trash. Plus that would've been better customer service seeing as I had to also drive back to correct the order & wait an additional 10 mins in line.My problem is more so I don't have my receipt & how my wrong order was conducted (not that it was wrong itself). Kind of wished I just ordered it online.
Even though the line is usually always long lol they delivery was fast and donuts very fresh and worth the money
