Being a single mom, my time is limited. I was spending hours every weekend grocery shopping and trying to prep meals for the week. I decided to relinquish the responsibility and try a meal prep service. I had heard about Kathy's Table from a gym promo and realized that the pickup location was extremely convenient. I bought a Kathy's Table meal plan for my daughter, who is a student at Jacksonville University. She's also on the rowing team, and found that cooking meals while preparing for races and finals, etc., was becoming overwhelming. I was shocked to find that for about the same price as a meal plan at school, I could have your delicious and healthy meals, prepared and delivered to her DOOR. It was super helpful and she reports that the food was FABULOUS!!Thank you!!
I love the convenience of the meal plans and how easy it is to get them delivered! The site is super user friendly and the whole process is great. My only issues: the asian meals weren't my favorite- I eat a lot of asian food and I just wish there had been a little more punch. The cost for the amount you get sometimes feels too high. However, I really loved many of the dishes I received. Heres some of my favorites: roasted turkey, cajun shrimp (packed with flavor and made so well), chicken thighs, cookie dough protein, green juice, and southern chicken salad (so satisfying). I will order these again!I wish there was also an option for 7 meals.
Placed our first order Monday afternoon, that same day was able to pick up ur first 10 meals. So far, everything we have tried has been AMAZING. The pricing is perfect, and the menu is creative and healthy. They definitely have it all! Highly recommend. ?

just wanted to convey how much I love Kathy’s Table food and how much a difference it makes in my life. To be able to eat healthy meals that meet my Paleo requirements (I've been Paleo for 11 years now) is HUGE! Your meals are really tasty, meat is perfect and vegetables are abundant. And, I love that I no longer waste food trying to cook for one person.
I have been ordering the Healthy meal prep plan from Kathy's table for the last few weeks and I must say hands down the food is so good!.Everything I've tried has been delicious and flavorful, even things I didn't think I'd like.
