We had a great time for a birthday dinner. Hibachi, sushi and drinks were great. Chef put on a good show and service was on point. Will be back again.
Had a really great time here tonight. Brought the family and everyone was completely happy with the mean and the chef performance. The scallops, shrimp and filet were all cooked perfectly. The fried rice was well seasoned and just spot on.
My kids and I always love coming here because everyone is so kind and food is great
Our rice was SOGGY and the steak and shrimp was over cooked. Our CHEF/COOK was in a bad mood! Didn’t get any entertainment The host was very polite!!! I really feel like it’s a nice place to dine HOWEVER SATURDAY NIGHT IS NOT A GOOD NIGHT
We ordered the dumplings and crab rangoon for apps. They were ?! So good, especially the dumplings. We split two rolls, the mountain and the spider, which were also delicious. My fiancé had the pad thai. He said it was good but the beef didn’t taste the greatest. I also ordered the generals chicken with noodles. It was a touch spicy but so good. Our service was great!
My dinner tonight was ruined by a server named Megan (Meghan?). She asked for my order, then as I began telling her my order, she turned to another person and asked for their order; the person wasn't part of our party/family. I said, "Excuse me, I wasn't finished." When I requested my food cooked without sauce, she said that everyone at the table would have to agree to having no sauce. I attempted to explain that I have had my food without sauce in the past. She made a 'disgusted' face, and said that "The chefs are new, and it's up to them." I said, "Never mind; I don't need to have anything else". I had ordered an appetizer. Instead of leaving it at that, she continued to make excuses, saying that I could speak to the chef, that she would speak to the chef, and generally making a big deal out of my decision to not order an entree. I raised my voice and said, "ENOUGH. Drop the subject!"Apparently, she didn't care that I might be allergic to the sauce, or that I might not be able to have the sauce due to a medical condition, nor was it any of her business why I didn't want sauce. Whatever the reason for my not wanting sauce on my food, it was not a subject for extended discussion whilst seven people were waiting to order. Instead of purchasing a full dinner, I had a soft drink ($3.50) and an appetizer ($7.00). The rest of the adults in our party had $35.00 worth of food, each. Lost revenue for the restaurant.I added a hefty tip to the payment...I paid forour party's meal... which she may think was an apology from me. It was not. She needs to receive more training, so that she doesn't cost the restaurant customers. I sincerely hope that she's new and tonight was the result of inexperience.Although my family loves Hibachi, I won't return. Management can thank Megan.
One of my favorite teppanyaki places in town. The food is always flavorful and it has a unique flavor profile. Service was ok, but it was our waitress' second day. She needs to learn the art of pre-busing and continual busing. It also appears they are short handed, so I cut them some slack, as this is a problem for everyone in the hospitality business. Overall, it is a great meal with a great experience.
Excellent Habaci grill. Marvin was entertaining and a great chef.
Went for the hibachi and was definitely not disappointed. Great wish I and now great grill. Will be back.
Terrible Reservation service. I called and got a reservation for 3 for hibatichi at 7 tonight. I get a text, confirming the reservation. I show up, they have me in the system, and say to wait just a minute. We waited overl 30 minutes, then gave up. There was no hostess to talk to for 10 minutes. Complete waste of time. Check my reviews, I only rate 5 stars for places I love. This is my first 1 star review, and I will not be back.
