The food is amazing!! The staff is the nicest group of people. They go out of their way for the customers. The Jax sauce is so yummy. Breakfast is my favorite time to order. The “I Smell Bacon” sandwich is amazing and the deep dish breakfast pizza is my kids favorite. Lunch is also very yummy. The 904 is definitely something to order!!

Just tried a burger at Jumpin' Jax... First impression was that it appeared to be a pre-formed (possibly frozen) patty, maybe not hand-pattied, relatively thin for a place that seems to specialize in burgers, and the grill marks were just sheer bitterness, it was all I could taste. In fact I'm certain that will be repeating on me all night. I was halfway through it and thought, "I never want to eat this burger again." The HOF chips were hard, not sure if that's normal or if they were stale. I did like the Cole Slaw, it was slightly sweet, slightly tangy and just a touch creamy, but very fresh. I know this place is pretty popular, so maybe we just got them on a bad day. ?♀️

I didn't read the description closely as I didn't really "need" a double. But the Duval burger lived up to it's name. This place is great. Friendly staff, diverse menu. Downtown worker discount. Highly recommend.
I went into the restaurant recently and was not impressed. THE STAFF is different. The young lady Laura was always very friendly and took care of me and my family. She remembered my name. My order...seems to have changed the last few times. The staff there is not friendly downtown like it was a few months ago. There is always dirty dishes on the tables now. The trash was overflowing. Something is different there. It was better before the last month or so. Management needs to go back to the way it was. These new people are not as good.
First time in, it was mediocre. Menu has alot to read....host refused to speak up even though 3 ppl told him he's hard to hear. Ordered, waited long, food came out missing kids plate. Had to wait. Table was super sticky. Salad was not good, bitter and bad pieces. Said grilled pineapple but it wasn't grilled and were just hard, core pcs. Disappointed. Grilled cheese was good, kids 1 not good and too thick gor toddlers. Pizza was good. Waiters and bussers great. 2 of 4 meals not good though, by the time you pay parking and lunch, not worth it. :(

I am on a carnivore diet. They adjusted the menu to make what I could eat more affordable. Dining out can be very overpriced, and not many restaurants will ala carte the menu for me. Thanks guys! It was very good
