I don’t recommend this place for acai bowls. The acai is super watered down and it tastes like mixed up ice with some dark blue coloring. No acai taste whatsoever and it melted super fast. This was my 2nd time here and I had the same experience. I wanted to give them another chance but not worth it for their acai. Juicebox on the other end of Gate Pkwy is much better. Unfortunately I won’t be returning.
Great service, excellent bowls! Super fresh juice and bowls. Açaí was awesome. Everything is made to order. Store was clean, decor was whimsical and fun. Nutella and fruit everywhere!
Best smoothie I’ve ever had! Perfect blend of flavors. Ashley was great to work with as well. She was friendly, listened to what I was looking for, and gave a recommendation that hit it all! Will definitely be going here more often.

Today was my first time in here and man it was an adventure! I have a 4 year old and he's not picky at all, he enjoyed the Caribbean base with the aloha topping from a suggestion, Aaliyah helped me and she let us taste test a flavor before buying, it was AWESOME! She helped us, gave me the granola on the side, a cup of water AND an extra empty bowl for my son! The customer service I received entering the building was very welcoming, thankyou so much Aaliyah for making our experience great! We will be coming back to try a smoothie!
Highly addicted to this place! My husband geta me a bowl for breakfast almost on a daily basis!! But it's worth it!! The quality and quantity of it all is perfection, I seriously can't get enough of it
Best JuiceTap location in jax!! I was here for the first time to try it out and it did not disappoint. By far the best açaí bowls I have ever tried. The bowls were beautifully satisfying and tasty. The Environment was very clean and the atmosphere is beautiful which was a plus. Thank you to Ali for the great customer service, she arranged my bowl so beautifully.
3 stars because I had 2 different experiences. My first visit was in March 2022 ( my son and my SO was with me); the people were as bright, cheery & pleasant as the decor. I had Morning Glory Smoothie and it was okay; juiced fruit. I expected something more. My second visit was May 28, 2022; Carribean Smoothie. Juiced Fruit; nothing to get excited about. Bland for what they charge (and yes I understand it is fresh fruit). The staff this time was stand offish, unwilling to answer my questions. In response to my questions about the detox program the young lady did not hide her lack of patience and stated to me ( "you can go to the website and get the rest of your answers to your questions"). I stop myself from telling her or I can get my answers from you while I am here. But clearly that would have been a waste of my energy/time. I do want to try the detox program for at least one day. After that, I don't believe I will be returning. Both my visits were to the Gate Parkway location. The other two may give a better experience.
On a recent trip to Jacksonville, a friend suggested a trip to the Juice Tap on Gate Parkway. I am not normally a visitor to juice bars but went along to see what it was like.While there, I ordered a juice drink called the "Bugs Bunny". In part, I was a fan of Bugs while a kid and I also like carrots. They are healthy and taste good. A juice drink with carrots had to be good.It was good. It had more than carrots. It also had orange and pineapple juice. It tasted good and, since it is apparently healthy, I enjoyed it even more.There is a good menu with related type items including smoothies. There is a lot of Nutella apparently sold here as well, as part of the menu offerings, and Nutella is definitely part of the decor.This was a good experience. The employees were friendly and helpful and drinking juice for good health has to be a good thing!
Staff was wonderful. Let me taste açaí. Provided help and recommendations for my first açaí bowl. It was amazing. So so good. Ill definitely be back
