I had high hopes for this place, but it really didn’t meet my expectations. My boyfriend picked up a to go order for us and we noticed a few things:They use Skippy peanut butter, which is definitely not a very healthy kind for a health food restaurant.I ordered a superfood bowl which listed cacao nibs but I instead got mini chocolate chips— a cheaper and less-healthy substitute.The Açaí was also not very good, sad to say.Likely will not be back.
First experience here will probably be my last. I visited yesterday and was greeted by 3 young ladies working (2 blonde 1 darker hair). When it was time to place my order the short young caucasian girl with dark hair was EXTREMELY RUDE AND AGITATED. As I look at the menu she’s standing there rolling her eyes and being fidgety as if I were wasting her time…then the business phone rang and she again rolled her eyes & turned way from me to get the phone, but luckily the other employee answered before this young lady could answer with an obvious attitude. I then jokingly asked her “are u ok, is everything alright, u ready to get off work?” She cracked a fake smile & nodded yes. Basically idk what her issue was, idk if it was with me being a first timer & not knowing what I wanted to order, or if she was just not in the mood to work that day…either way POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I usually go to juicebox, I only tried this place because I wanted to try something different buuuutttt I think I’ll stick to juicebox (hopefully they’re not owned by the same person haha)

Come here at least once a week and would give them 4-5 stars but my last experience was terrible. Went to order Maui bowl and told the young lady last time I was there the mango was inedible and had to throw out. Her answer was we can’t control the ripeness of the mangoes. I said but you can tell customers that they are not ripe and hard. Not sorry, or we can give you a credit or we can do something for you. No just attitude. We’ll a good way to lose customers and get bad reviews is to respond that way to repeat, or any customer. Not acceptable.
Super chocolatey cacao bowl goodness. I come here for their juices as well. Service is good, quick while also having very tasty menu items.
Came here because of the great reviews. Açaí bowl was melted by the time they gave it to us. It took about 30 minutes for two bowls, multiple people were waiting longer than us. The flavor was there but the younger girls could have used a lot more training and some more customer service. Might be back.
I am a big açaí lover and i’ve been to many different places, including those in jax beach, juice tap, etc. This is by far my favorite place to go. They don’t use added sugars and weird ingredients and you can tell the bowls are fresh. I’m also a big fan of their avocado toast, highly recommend.
I ordered the peanut butter lovers bowl and added cookie butter. I had been waiting all night lol I was not disappointed! The Greek toast on white Rye brown as so good and full of flavor but light. I can’t wait to order over and over again?don’t be afraid to door dash it either it’s presented perfectly and it should be taped up for safety. I might get another bowl for dinner /dessert

It’s a rare day these days I don’t stop in for a juice, a smoothie, or an acai bowl at Juice Paradise. Always feel great and refreshed when I finish my selection and my diet has improved tremendously since I started going there regularly. Make sure to visit soon! Five stars!
