Everything is smaller with a bigger price i don't like it i literally had a baby sized fry and they don't tell u it's all smaller now before u pay u jus get surprised when u get your order lol i paid $20 for a happy meal
Normally I don't write reviews but I had to in this case. I was craving a Jenkins bbq rib sandwich and OMG! They satisfied my cravings. Hands down, they have the BEST RIB SANDWICH in town!!! So thank you Jenkins for the great quality bbq. I will be back soon! ?
Called in my order because they’re usually busy, still took about 10minutes because they we’re yelling in the kitchen about something. The guy who gave me my order was nice, but literally forgot to take my money. I still paid though, got home and my order was wrong. Overcooked completely covered in sauce, I guess to hide the fact that the ribs were so dry. Anyway, this place is trash.
5-23-22 I always have to wait but this time I waited 45 minutes to finally get to the window to get only a rib sandwich to open it and it was ice cold I told the lady she explained it's only 3 people working you want Me to warm it.... I Stated no and drove away I will never go back the wait was exceptional because the Food was good and hot but cold food long wait and bad service.
Quality of food has depleted tremendously... Ribs smell horrible, can't describe. Maybe you guys should soak in vinegar before whatever you do. The quality of the sauce has gone down since the original owners are no longer here.
Without a doubt, this place has the best bbq in the south if not the country. I would make them my choice against anyone. The mustard based sauce is fantastic and it comes in different temperatures for the light weights who can’t take the heat. Every time I am in town, I buy several bottles so I can make due until the next trip. The ribs and the chicken are fantastic and they will keep me coming back until the doctor tells me I can’t. Thanks for the great food.
Ordered food here twice. The second time I was missing a sandwich which is pricey. My daughter called me when she picked up the food to make sure everything was there. I was on the phone and heard the attendant assure her the full order was there but it wasn't. Don't waste your time calling because no one answered the phone when you call and the numbers may be bogus. TRIPLE CHECK YOUR FOOD CAUSE THEY WILL LIE AND NOT ANSWER WHEN YOU CALL.
Terrible as usual but I had to go there because Holley's BBQ is closed on Mondays and My Mother wanted her some BBQ. The customer service is horrible as always and they never have any sweet potato pie anymore. Not to mention that the lady in the drive-thru window looked like she had just stepped out the back door and smoked about 5 blunts and was ready for her 6th one and I was taking too long!!! To tell you the truth, they need to just go ahead and close down. #truefacts???
I've been going to Jenkins BBQ since I was a little boy. I don't reside in Jacksonville anymore but I always order me some Jenkins Suace & most definitely stop by whenever I'm in town.IT'S THE BEST BBQ IN THE WORLD GUARANTEE!!!!
I wasn't that impressed. Everyone says how great it is. We stopped in. The pork sandwiches are remade with some sauce and reheated. Mine was still cold in the middle. My friend got chicken and it was small and almost tasteless. The fries were over cooked. The BBQ sauce was good though. Wish I could say it was better. Just disappointed. Won't go back.
