We had a great experience at Three Forks. Our waitress, Vee was attentive, very professional and friendly. Our steaks were perfectly cooked and very flavorful. The cheesecake for desert was awesome. We enjoyed our evening very much. The staff followed up with us the next day to ensure we enjoyed our experience. We will be back.

We were gifted an anniversary dinner at this restaurant. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. Our server recommended a fantastic bottle of wine and brought us a lovely anniversary dessert that was gluten free to be sure I could eat it. Our server was knowledgeable and very careful to be sure everything I ordered was gluten free which I really appreciated. This was our first time eating at III Forks and we will most definitely be back!
Been 5 times to 3 forks by far worst experience yet. Have enjoyed until last visit. Steak didn't compare even to outback or longhorns, sea bass was dry very disappointing for money
Delicious food. Casey was our excellent waiter. Knowledgeable, honest and comfortable. All food came out together, hot and correct. I would definitely recommend for a special night.

It was great! My husband and I havenât had date night in a longggg time! Tevin was amazing! He was prompt and very knowledgeable on everything we asked or had questions about. He was very polite and made our much needed date night a night to remember. When we come back we will most certainly be requesting him.
We love Three Forks. We drove 4 hours to get there since you closed the one in Palm Beach Gardens.
Went for our anniversary and we loved it! It was our first time and our waiter, Casey, was incredible! He knew the menu, had great recommendations and listened to what we wanted. The ambiance was wonderful and the drinks from the bar were delicious. The food was fantastic, probably the best steak I've had in Jacksonville. Will definitely be back!
Food delivery to the table was extremely slow. My friends steak was not cooked as ordered. He sent the steak away and opted to not order another since it took so long for the last one to arrive. The least that could have been done is the manager should had apologized for the lateness of the food and the steak not cooked as ordered. The price point for the food at this restaurant was high and more is expected when paying at this price point. Definitely not what was expected for a restaurant at this price point.
The quality of food did not meet expectations. Steak and chicken were both good. Sea bass and grilled grouper both did not taste fresh but more frozen. Charred Brussels sprouts were burnt and Calamari tasted rubbery. I would not recommend III Forks at Tapestry on Southside Blvd
