Was craving stuffed grape leaves and gyro while out with daughter and friend. Always enjoyed food here and haven't been on this side of town for several yrs. We all enjoyed our meals and introduced daughter's friend to try stuffed grape leaves and she loved them. Great service, fresh tasty food and reasonable prices. And since it was a beautiful day out we were able to sit on patio outside. Best baklava also.
I love this place. Literally been eating here since I was like four. The food is fresh and light and so flavorful. They are always consistent and the portion you get for your money is extremely reasonable. I make the 45 minute drive from where I live sometimes just to eat here. You will not be disappointed, absolutely check them out.
The portions are small. You can't get a lamb meat gyro. It is mixed with beef, so I got the chicken gyro instead which was pretty bland. But the customer service was phenomenal! They are so nice and make you feel so welcome!
The staff is always super nice and the food is great! They have a great selection of fresh, Mediterranean food. The gyros are so scrumptious and just loaded with goodness.
Great gluten free and dairy free options. We all loved our food except for the dolmas.

Hovan is a staple in 5 Points for a reason! From all the vegan / vegetarian options and flavors to the service = A+. When undecided about food, this is my go-to for a consistent fantastic meal. (Get the whatever the soup special of the day is and thank me later)
What a delicious place! My favorite was the falafel with tzatziki sauce - best I ever had! The Gyros were incredible with the amazing flavors of the salad on the side. I need a bigger stomach to truly savor it all! We highly recommend this wonderful place to eat! ?
