I’m surprised that they had a lot of meat options- for only $31.99 you can get unlimited bbq and hot pot maximum stay for 2 hours. The conveyor belt makes the place so cool! And the fact that you cook your own bbq the way you want it is great!! They have lots of sauce/broth options for hot pot!!The desserts however is limited ice cream options, the only ice cream i liked was the cookies and cream. The service is not the best but decent! Still 5 star for me because i loved the experience and meat was delicious!!
Came in for lunch in the middle of the afternoon on a Sunday. I got seated right away, I was alone though.I was very impressed with the selection on the buffet. I’ve been to many hot pots and BBQ’s and none have had this selection. I especially like the system in place for noodle and vegetable delivery.Staff is attentive and friendly. Brought my son through a couple weeks later and he loved it. Now he wants to come back every other weekend. Great location, I’ll keep coming back.
Today, my brother-in-law, sister and me visit the restaurant for the very first time and we had a marvelous experience! The service was very hospitable, as soon as we walk through the door the Owner greets us. The waitress who served us was kind and considerate for all our needs. Plus the owner was nice enough to allow me a takeout because of my personal conditions. The food was fantastic. I love their variety of meats, vegetables, and condiments that I could choose for myself. Last, the number one thing they had that truly made my day was leaving the restaurant with ice cream my favorite dessert!
Wow. what an experience. We went for lunch today to celebrate my husband's birthday with our grown children. 4 of us. The seafood, meats, veggies and starches were fresh. It is worth every penny. We will be back.

OK this place is one of my favorites to have dinner in Jacksonville.Loved the freedom of cooking everything the way I liked it whether on the grill or in the broth. The conveyor belt style restaurants make it fun to keep an eye out for which ingredients you want.If you're a first timer you're admittedly left to fend for yourself when it comes to the entire experience besides the waiter filing up your drinks and broth when they get low but that was fine with me.
Outstanding! So fun! Excellent food! I really enjoyed the lemongrass broth. So flavorful and not too spicy for my Irish and Norwegian bland food upbringing. Salmon is one of their specialties and was outstanding. Our server Chloe was SUPER helpful, always checking on us to make we were doing well and helping us learn the best way to cook everything. If you haven't been to a hot pot, a forewarning: you cook your own meal. There is a variety of meats to choose from at the buffet. You have a choice between either bbq, with the broth or just bbq. You pick out the fresh vegetables from a conveyor belt next to you and you can either put them in your chosen broth or cook it straight on a grill. There is no wrong choice!There is someone who comes by to refill drinks and pull out dishes but other than that it's a normal buffet. I absolutely loved the experience, after a few minutes of figuring everything out.This is a great place for birthdays and new experiences. My friend loved her birthday surprise and the hot pot experience made it even more fun. The waiter even brought out a little cheesecake bite for her when he heard it was her birthday. It made it even better-thank you!I loved the curry broth, I added a bunch of veggies and frozen brisket then added white rice! So good!If you love Japanese or Asian cuisine you should give this place a try. It's a little extra work but it's a great experience and it's so good!
I love Hot Pot! One of my favorite restaurants. ?I liked how this one was setup. I have been to a few different hot pots and this one was very unique! I loved the bowls that rotate on the counter allowing you to pick up sides while your sitting at your table.
