Service was slow even though several waitresses we're walking around looking cute. I wanted a sweet sauce but thats not what they gave me. Chipotle Honey. Medium Wing sauce seemed to be very weak compared to a couple of years ago.
Good service. Definitely not the typical "I'm a Hooters girl so leave a tip just because I think I'm cute" waitress. They actually work hard at actually doing resteraunt stuff (drink refills, checks on food, attentive etc.).
Came in for a quick bite and a beer before the movies. Lindsey the bartender was friendly and professional. Food was brought out quickly and piping hot and fresh. Great shrimp, cold beers. Ideal experience.
Went on a Tuesday around 5pm…very empty..kitchen staff was standing around in the back waiting for orders…my waitress was nice and attentive. Food was decent wings / fries were hot and fresh as it should’ve been since there wasn’t many people. I may go back.
Stopped for lunch on our way home. Had the pretzel with cheese, mozzarella sticks and buffalo shrimp and it was very good. The kids had cheese burgers and fruit and chocolate milk. Waitress Cam was great. Glad we stopped for lunch.
It's a very tired establishment. The novelty of scantily clad young women has worn off folks, now ya gotta earn good reviews with a clean eatablishment, good food and great service.Ripped up drywall in mens room, filthy windows, crumbs in the cracks of the table.I ordered 10 naked, 3 mile island and got coated wings, blue cheese instead of Ranch, and the onion rings were like something a drunk friend would make at 3;am. We're in a group so I just chalked it up as a lesson.
I love hooter wing sauce. Our waitress was nice. I got a 6 pc breaded hot and fries. Everything was cooked great. I usually get them naked because before they used a lot of breading and i got tired of eating more breading then chicken. This time it was done right. Breading was light and crispy, and covered in sauce evenly. I took a star away because I got 20 naked wings to-go and they were a little over cooked. - 1 star for inconsistency.
Absolutely the worst customer service that I have received in many years... Went in with a party of 8. Service was tolerable until the food started arriving. Everyone's food came except my father in-laws. Thirty minutes later, everyone had finished their meals and he still had yet to receive his sandwich. At this point, we were upset, my father in-law was already back in his vehicle and my wife asked for a manager. The manager came out from the kitchen with the sandwich and an attitude and told us the sandwich order was put in 10 minutes after the original order (basically blaming the waitress) and the waitress is standing there saying it was the kitchens fault. Instead of diffusing the situation and asking what could be done to make things better, the manager gets nasty with me so I gave it right back. We didn't think we should have to pay for the sandwich but the manager refused to take it off of our bill. I also purchased a shirt for my granddaughter because there was a promo deal (buy merchandise and you get 10% off meal). I asked the waitress to apply the discount and was told she had to get the managers approval. The manager came back and said "I don't really want to help you" and brings back a bill that was $20 more than the original bill. Per the business card handed to me, the extremely unprofessional managers name is Jeff Vandine.
I really liked the burger I got. The staff was enjoyable too. Overall, I would suggest not going early in the day if you aren't a kid person, but later should be fine.
Boyfriend & I came in last night for the first time. We stood at the host stand for 10 minutes. Literally. The manager even saw us, made eye contact with me, but ignored us. We ended up leaving. decided to give this hooters another chance today. Again, stood at the host stand for 5 minutes. & again, we just left this establishment. Do better. We won’t be coming back here.
