What happened to this location? Been going here for many years and tonight they lost my business for good. Will never set foot in that place again. Horrible service. Brought our food out wrong. Said she placed another order with the kitchen and we waiting over 30 mins. Asked for sauce and kept bringing out the wrong ones. Couldn’t get drinks. Finally spoke with the manager. Looked like the guy just came off the street. Said will reduce our bill and never did. Charged us for food we never got. Would not even look at me when we left. Not to mention the kitchen was so disgusting. Food all over the floor. Customers yelling and using words that I can not say on here when there was kids around. Nothing was said. I would give no stars if I could. Lost a good family of 6 as a customer.
Very polite girls food was ok yea was great
The chicken wings were small and they were over cooked with tons of sauce smeared over them. The onion rings had no onion inside them and they were like thin, dried out, small, greasy breading with no onion. The employees were very nice and so was the manager. The only thing the place is lacking is remodeling and better food that’s edible. The service is excellent and friendly.
My wife and I have been coming to this Hooters for years. Friends have worked there and friends bands have played the deck. In the past year so much has gone wrong. The hostess working the past Sunday needs training on how to speak to customers. I get that the 30 min wait put her off, because customers were upset. We got seated. Then waited 20 min and no service. I had to request the table be cleaned. Beer, food of it. Plates were removed, but no cleaning from the last customers. We asked to talk to Preston the manager, and we were the second in line to want to see him. Shift change was the reason the 3 of us got no response. He never bothered to see us, at that point we decided to go somewhere else. Waste of time unfortunately. I hope the Owners Walter and Kathy do something to bring it back, the past few reviews have a similar ring. Good luck, we will try again in a month to see if its improved. Preston should get the waitresses a buser to clean tables, trash, bathrooms. At least on the weekend.
Stopped by for lunch, the host seemed aggravated that customers came in. Everything took a long time, the order, refills on drinks. Our fries were cold, my burger was incorrect and the lettuce on both burgers were 3 pieces about the size of a fingernail. Then when asked for more lettuce it was the same size and looked old. The tea was the best part of the meal... Hooters has gone way down hill. That was horrible like the last time I went. Thankfully the boss paid for this cause I would not have...
My son and I showed up at 9:15 on a Saturday night we wanted to sit outside on the deck and look at the beautiful water and eat some chicken wings and have a couple of drinks and and look at the beautiful girlsThen the hostess says "you're gonna have to do that somewhere else our kitchen closes in 15 minutes." WOWWhat happened to restaurants that still served food until 11 or 12 o'clock at night on the weekend.
The service was adequate, the girls are very nice and polite but I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the outside patio section. There was a lot of trash all over the decking and even trash piled up next to the wall where a broom and a trash scooper we're just leaning up against the wall. Also, half the tables were unclean and had no condiments on them whatsoever. We had to ask for silverware, napkins or paper towels, the condiments... all of which should have already been on the table and the tables themselves still needed to be wiped off. Not to mention when we picked up our menus they were very greasy and very oily on the front and the back. My brother and I come here often and this is the first time I've seen Hooter's in this condition.
Was able to come right in and get seat during a crowed time. Server was Emily was the best. Short wait on food. It was hot and fast. A hidden gem right off the water. Good place to have a drink or bring the family. Veterans friendly 20% discount.
Horrible service even though it wasn’t busy. Maybe 1/4 of the restaurant had customers on a Friday night. The table was dirty still when we were seated. They wouldn’t bring out plates for us. It took 45 min for one pitcher to come out they argued and started crying instead of trying to make it right. What a joke. So called manager came and accused us of being disrespectful before even hearing what happened.
Service & food was great & loved all the tv’s for the ball game!!
