I really enjoyed all the food items, but I must admit I was surprised about the prices being much higher than what I saw in the photos of menus that people had posted. What balanced out the prices seeming to be high was that the portion sizes were huge! It's hard to tell in the picture of the chicken pan fried noodles that I posted, but that's a large casserole dish not a standard serving dish!
The food is excellent, and I mean excellent. Good portion sizes and they are very accommodating. However, the restaurant is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. I've been here four times, each time, the floors and seating/tables are sticky, the menus are smudged and greasy. The silverware and stemware are not clean and the restrooms are just one stop above a public restroom at a park.May have to start getting food to go and avoid the environment.
We only have 3 adults and 2 children, and they directly charged us a tip of $45, but waitress wrote 7 guests on the list, and the waitress ordered the wrong dishes. we eating here for so many years, it happened for the first time, and it happened yesterday. They were very busy, we didn't get good service at all, they directly charged us so much tip, very unpleasant experience, the waitress name Donald, won't come again, bad review. bad service
Fantastic service. So clean. The dim sum reminds me of the Kings Cafe in Seattle. It made me homesick. The roast pork chow fun is amazing. We’re going again today
This was my first time eating here. Overall I was a little disappointed. I've been wanting to try this place for a long time. The dimsum was good! The sauces weren't great. My husband got sliced chicken in the most delicious chili sauce though. The service wasn't the best but it wasn't horrible. At the price point I expected better, but you know what they say about expectations. More than likely I'll be back again to try something else on their extensive menu.
This place has really good duck!! The service was nice until my friend had an issue and another server other than ours didn’t help to resolve the issue. Our server she was wonderful! Super attentive and kind and friendly. You have to try the custard dumplings and the duck if you come here. Sorry I don’t have pics of the dumplings.
Restaurant environment was very nice, but the dim sum itself was very mediocre. Ordered a lot of different ones, nothing really stands out. The 叉烧包 and 奶黄包 were below average, both of them had very dry interior. Sticky rice was straight up not good, rice were too wet and the taste was very blend. The only dish that was above average was their beef chow fun (not a dim sum dish). If you are looking for good dim sums, there are better options around.
I said that this place wasn't worth a second visit, but some how my mom dragged me back out here, on New Year's day. We got here early so seating was available for our party of 10. The place filled up quick which meant the Dim Sum carts ran out of food after coming out of the kitchen fairly quick and our server was almost non existent. She literately walked away when it took us 5 seconds to find out what we wanted on the menu. The different carts contained pretty much the same things.Overall - Still not impressed.
This is the second time we’ve eaten here. The food is great. I enjoyed trying new things. We came back for the Golden Fried rice. They do need to check the restrooms for cleaning though.
DON’T EAT HEREMy husband and I got take out from this place not long ago and we ordered a decent amount of stuff; steamed and baked pork buns, sesame seed balls, shrimp har gaw, and baked egg custard. It was later on in the evening so maybe they were doing some cleaning, but because of this all of our steamed pork buns tasted like a cleaning product!!! The taste was so horrible I almost threw up. I felt so sick after and because of this I will never eat here again. We had to throw out 2 orders of the steamed pork buns. Would not recommend this place.
