The best place in Jax! The service is amazing and everyone is so friendly and efficient. The food is outstanding!! If you haven’t been you are missing out.
Everything was good! Clear broth made with beef. Different. Cucumber salad was a beautiful tower, it was wonderful. Salad with ginger dressing was ice cold and awesome. I had beef and chicken teriyaki combo hubby had steak and scallops both light and excellent. Will be back! Disappointed that two of our Japanese favorites were not on the menu such as tonkatsu and negamaki.

Hana Yori is a not-well-kept secret. One of my favorite places to eat in Jacksonville ! If you can get in. It's usually slammed from open to close.Whenever I return for a visit this is always a must visit .The food is not only fresh, but well selected and well prepared. The owner pays great attention to the details of what he buys and serves and will occasionally take a moment away from the hibachi grill to chat with customers, not so much since covid tho , which is kind of a shame, but understandable.We usually start with hot saki and order the soup without scallions.Extra ginger dressing for the salad please. The dressing is made in-house and I have not been able to find anything even close to this flavor out of a bottle for much more money, so I have resorted to just buying as much as they will sell me, everytime I visit. Usually enough for a few salads.The shrimp are just amazing, grilled or fried. They just taste so fresh. Everything here tastes so fresh!Bon apetit !
My husband and I's go to restaurant! 10/10! I recommend this restaurant to all of my friends/family. They have great sushi, sashimi and hibachi. They also provide a great atmosphere!

We travel 30 minutes to eat here as it is SO GOOD! Staff is gracious and cheerful. The sushi is made from the freshest ingredients. We usually sit right in front of the sushi counter and the grill and there is never a whiff of a fishy smell. It is so fresh. The servings are generous. Try the filet and shrimp. Best filet I have ever had. It melts in your mouth. Portions are generous. Give it a try. You will not regret it!
My family and I went here because it was highly recommended. We were so glad we did! Prices are great, portions are large, waitstaff was so kind and helpful, and we had a very short wait time even though this place was packed when we got there! The sushi was delightful, and My family loved their hibachi dishes! We will definitely be going here again!

Favorite sushi place all pros: fresh seafood and tasty hibachi steak/chicken. Steak is tender and great on hibachi. Lava fries are delicious. Sushi is all fresh. Customer service is always good.
