Love this place so much! I can always find goodies in here that are not carried at Sprouts or Whole Foods. Love their freshly made juices too, although they’re a bit pricey. They also carry a lot of local vendors foods as well if you can’t get to RAM to pick it up directly from them.
Fantastic place. They carry a certain bread product ("Food for Life") that has hugely improved my gut health. The only place near me that carries it. Plus, they do custom orders of my favorite items. Highly recommend this market.
The store has an amazing selection of natural products and health foods and very helpful staff.
I went to get a juice from grassroots today and the juice bar was already closed and all cleaned up. When a young lady by the name of Kiara heard me talking to the woman at the counter, she decided to accommodate me even though she was already off and everything was already clean. I just wanted to say how much I appreciate her kindness, she went above and beyond! ?
Complacency and Diminishing Standards Is Making Your Store Seem Like The Service Luke Wilson Experiences In The Movie IdiocracyI have been a customer at your store for more than a dozen years and been very happy to drive extended distances to come to the store. Unfortunately I am disappointed to report it is no longer an enjoyable experience nor a value to shop at your storeThis didn’t just happen overnight. You store has been in decline for awhile-the last 6 months or so has been extremely disappointing. What happened to the days when the Robinson owners were seen in the store and had employees that were knowledgeable or cared enough to help?I don’t give up on a business easily especially one that has performed well in the past. There is always an opportunity to correct trends or behaviors-especially during the COVID period good help was hard to find. We are now past that and it seems customer service has not improved. My past several experiences have not been anything like the great ones I have had in the past. Here are a few examples.Product knowledge- asked employee the location of Quercetin. A very common product. Not only did they not know it’s location they did not even recognize the name and had to spell it out for themRecognizing regular customers- because of travel time I usually get into the store once in any given week now. However when I do come into store I spend $250 to $300 on average. The same person has waited on me at the register for the past 4-5 times. Never smiled or take the time to remember my name. You once had employees who cared to know me or act like the cared to know me. What happened? People can buy a product anywhere today. But most us like to buy from the people we like and act like they care you are a customer. I started shopping at the store because the owners and employees were happy to greet you instead of acting as if it is a chore to wait on youRespecting customers time and putting customers first. Customer is not always right but acting like they are valued both in their time and presence is important. There is always 2 sides to a story but only the customer’s side really counts. A few weeks ago I was in the store when it was not busy at all and I was the only person at the register to checkout. The employee working the register chose to make me wait not 30 seconds not 60 seconds not 2 minutes but almost 5 minutes while she was working on store business-she wasn’t on the phone she didn’t have her back to me she knew I was there she put her own agenda first, she didn’t apologize or explain she made me wait until I asked if I could be checked outThe customer experience brings us here. Not the price or the product. We can get the product anywhere it is not unique to your store. Right now I am reevaluating your value to my dollar and my time.
TERRIBLE, will never go back. Native sun or honestly any other healthy local grocery store is so much better. Out of stock of many items. Ordered a juice and waited 10 min, told me they were making it, 10 min later they forgot to ring it up and had to wait another 10 for a refund. Terrible service. And another customer didn’t take my drink, it was just never made after I was reassured repeatedly you were working on it. Nor was I offered a refund and new drink, otherwise I would never have taken the time to write a negative review. Mistakes happen, bad customer service shouldn’t.
Amazing fresh juice selection. I got the invigorator which had carrot as the main ingredient. I automatically assumed it was going to be gross, but worth it because of the health benefits. To my surprise it was actually extremely delicious. I will definitely be returning.
Love this natural market. If they don't have an item you are looking for, they will order it. It is great to shop somewhere that has already filtered products based on ingredients.
Stopped in for an Acai bowl today, and checked out the inventory. Grassroots has pretty much everything I seek after, organic, local, grass fed items. Vegans will love this place also. I already can't wait to come do more shopping here as an avid supporter of local small business. I'd also be interested in hearing or reading about the Grassroots Market story of how/when it came to be. 5/5 recommended for foodies everywhere
Love this store every time i visit Jacksonville i stop by and grab a fresh organic smoothie and food its such a gem
