Food variety was very poor. The number of items offered on the buffet was minimal. The quality of the food was well below average. The buffet was extremely overpriced. To top it off, 20% "service charge" was added on our check, and a "tip" blank was included. There were only six in our party. We questioned the 20% and were told there was no way to change it! I definitely DO NOT recommend Gigi's!
The seafood buffet was very overpriced for what was on it. It was $39.95 a person & should have been priced at about $20 a person. The wait staff was great, they were very friendly & accommodating, it just wasnât worth $40 a person.
Weird brunch experience. Some of the seafood had a smell to it, which any good seafood should NOT have a fishy or bad smell. So passed on the crawfish. The wait staff seemed embarrassed that we were the only ones there and kept explaining that it's usually busier. I'd say that the Chef there has the passion and seemed to want to give a good meal. But it still needs a little work.
Waitress tried to accuse us of stealing because they were taking forever to cash us out so we went out to smoke a cigarette because our show was about to start and she was standing in the parking lot accusing me of trying to leave without paying and she had already giving my credit card back. Horrible and so embarrassing.
The price was not worth it. And if you donât like crab the whole table has to get it even though your not eating crab legs will not be back
Your food, presentation and choice have always been excellent. My dislike and this will keep us from coming back and I will tell all of my friends that we always brought to dinner or told about the buffet the following: If you want good food go there, if you want good service go there, if you want to get "RIPPED OFF" on their new pricing requirement then go there. When I am forced to pay $30 extra dollars for a meal that I do not want so that my wife can enjoy a meal that she really loves that is a rip off and I will tell all about that requirement. If my wife loves crab legs and wants to have a night eating crab legs then she deserves to have her favorite meal. I could not care less to have crab legs. Requiring me to pay an extra so she can eat what she wants to order is stupid and you will not succeed.
Food was OK but would have liked local food fresh seafood not frozen food nothing to write home about...
The Father's Day buffet was very good. My husband enjoyed it and it wasn't overcrowded. We may visit again.
Staff was attentive it is not their fault the meals are overpriced and poor quality.food. For Fatherâs Day and the higher price expectations had not been met. The food was not very good. The so call prime rib was nothing more than da pot roast that was not very good. If you need you colon cleanses and donât mind spending $39,99 per person then this is the place for you! Stay away You could go through drive through at an restaurant and get a better meal.
Online ad misleading. Not worth the money. Tables on top of each other. Trays empty for at least ten minutes before the chef came out to look.
