If you want legit, comfort and authentic Korean food, please treat yourself with GangNam! You feel like eating at your grandma's place where you find all the comfort foods from bibimbap, to the kimchi pancake to the tofu soup (my favorites :) and all the little side dishes :) All carnivore and vegetarian friendly
The best Korean Fried chicken in the Jacksonville area(sorry bonchon) We had the delight of trying this hyper crispy, masterfully seasoned chicken. You can get. them as drumsticks or strips. Kids preferred strips, so there we go. I went for the Bibimbap which was all that. Wife had the angelic Tofu soup still bubbling as it arrives. The free appetizers, muchies, service and Soju made for royal dining experience. Great way to unwind from a long week of work with a great meal. Lovely owne, family and grandma! And the best wait staff a customer could ask for. Nice, casual, non pretentious.
Korean food is such a treat! This place was very tasty.. the wait staff was great and the sweet owner/chef came out to check on us! Ordered Dolsot Bibimbap (hot stone bowl) .. pictured is with an egg on top and both with meat and with veggies. We also ordered Japchae. It came with a crazy amounts of side dishes amd we ate almost every bite! All so good!
Fantastic! Everything I ordered was delish. Service is excellent.Highly recommend...and I can't do too spicy. They accommodated me. Can't wait to go again.
I've been here a few times and tried several dishes and every one has been delicious. You also get a huge variety of sides that are different each time! Definitely one of the best Korean restaurants I have ever been to.
The best in Jacksonville and possibly the South. Amazing taste, hot, fresh, like grandma (harmony) used the make. A++
Best Korean restaurant in Jacksonville. Having a Korean mother-in-law, I know good Korean food. My wife loves their soup, and all of the entrees I've had are top notch. Best kitchen too. The only thing that would make this restaurant better, BBQ grills, otherwise they make great food.
This place is a very good if you want to try Korean food for a reasonable price. Due to the pandemic, the business isn't the same as it's prime, but the amount of people going doesn't reflect the quality of food here. It is locally owned and the owner is a very sweet lady that let us come eat late at night. (It says it closes at 10pm, but they plan to start closing earlier like around 9pm, so please come soon). Lastly, their kimchi is so good that people from Tallahassee come down to order their. Try this Korean food and leave a review for this hidden gem to help this local business affected by covid19.
We’ve wanted to try this place out for over a year, and after eating here I regret that it took so long for us to try it.The food was prepared very well with each dish offering its own taste. I tried the spicy pork bulgogi and it had an excellent flavor - it was spicy but not overwhelmingly so.There is limited seating, so plan to wait if you come when they’re busy. And although the vibe and ambiance is laid back, it was very clean.
Loved the sizzling Bibimbap, cod soup and the spread of fermented vegetables! I too wish that the dishes had more protein to match the pricing. Lovely owner and warm and friendly service. Casual, low key ambiance.
