Went to lunch with a dear friend today. We were seated promptly and drinks were quick to come out. We put in our orders(Steak and Scallops), and salad and soup was then brought out. It did not take long to receive our meals, and they were delicious! My problem was that we paid $18.99 each, and recieved a scallop and a half. Three scallops between two plates. A $1 upcharge each for that. The portion of steak was very skimpy as well(approx 2-3 oz), but it was more than 1.5 pieces. I loved the flavor and quality of the food and the quick service, but I would not have ordered had I known I'd have gotten less than two scallops for my meal. I rounded up to two stars, because I can't leave 1.5.
We made reservations for a party of 6 and had a last minute add on, but they were very accommodating and we were immediately seated at a hibachi table. The staff here are very friendly, professional and fast lol they get you everything you need in a timely manner. The food was delicious and our hibachi chef was very fun and made the experience special for my kids. Very affordable prices and a great atmosphere all around. Looking forward to going back!
Good experience. Really innovative and delicious sushi rolls. Good service. Outstanding Sushi chef! The hibachi when ordered from the kitchen (not table side) was good, but missing the good 'crispies'... (Those awesome extra seared concentrated hibachi flavors). Decent long island. It was an enjoyable experience. When looking for outside the box new and interesting sushi rolls, that are not traditional, (especially if you want something tempura) simply amazing.
Hands down, this is my FAVORITE place to eat when I'm near the airport in Jax. Do not order from the kitchen, though, you must choose Hibachi! We have met and talked to some wonderful people sharing a great dining experience. Staff is always nice and attentive.Ask for Benny, he's an excellent chef! My go to is Filet Mignon with a side of shrimp, please! Simply exquisite dining.
It's always nice to go here. It was very busy which is normal for a Saturday but we only waited 15-20 minutes. We had the hibachi table for 3. I love watching how they prepare. The cook was having so much fun. He was singing and all. The food was delicious. Chicken and scallops and shrimp was fresh and tender. Always love the veggies too. Great for birthdays.
Bought miso soup and a house salad, waitress was disappointed that I didn't order more and let it show. Soup was fine though it was more expensive than the menu said, unfortunately the salad was nothing but chunks of the center of ice burg lettuce so covered in dressing that I actually couldn't eat the remaining third. For a while I scraped the excess dressing off of each leaf, but I just gave up and let my food go unfinished. Picture is my salad.

Fun for a family group (11 of us - including 6 children). The chef was very understanding about one of the kids having anxiety about the fire and was extremely attentive about food allergies. Definitely recommend
