Wow, thanks Google!! I visited this restaurant based upon my desire for Mexican cuisine and Google Maps ratings/reviews. To all my fellow reviewers, thank you for your help and recommendation - this is a fabulous restaurant and recommend anyone wanting a good Mexican meal to visit these folks. I had their barbacoa burrito and was very pleased with the dish. Good size, great taste, and plenty of Tapitios hot sauce to spice it up to my taste. My friend had their chicken fajita and said it was great and a good quantity too. We each had a Margarita and agreed they were well made and not watered down. Do yourself a favor and visit this wonderful little restaurant and I think youll want to thank me, BUT thank them instead.

Instantly fell in love with this place. I’ve been eating Tex-Mex once a week for over five years & Fresh-Mex & Co did not disappoint in the slightest. This place has been added to my Jacksonville top three favorite places to eat. The staff is extremely polite & the food is clean yet seasoned. And fresh squeezed lemonade? Say less.

Fast friendly service! Food was extremely fresh and delicious chuys is trash compared to this place! I am a huge lover of Mexican food and this is by far the best I’ve had in had. We got the cheesesteak quesadillas super flavorful hot and cheesy! And 2 kids meals a healthy bowl and cheese quesadillas both delicious and great portion size. I will definitely be back.

Extremely disappointed, we ordered the daily specials of carnitas tacos & the burrito also the trio dips. The carnitas were greasy, dry, with very little flavor. The queso, guacamole, and salsa was so bland I had to add Tapatio to all three. It helped with the queso but not the rest. The salsa needs a lot more cilantro, onion, and garlic. The guacamole needs lime juice & garlic. Also the burrito was falling apart from not being wrapped correctly. Most lackluster & tasteless meal I’ve ever had. Now I know why the Tapatio bottles were all used up. Sorry but I doubt I’ll be back.

Had barbacoa tacos and street corn. My wife had yucca fries and a steak burrito. The food is large portion and delicious and spicy! I mean the spicy comment in the most positive way. The sauces are flavorful and hot. Nothing was bland or lacking texture—great value and delicious food. The location was slow when we were there but I would note that it was clean, tables had been wiped down and everything looked like it was sanitary. Which is great since the last two years has turned most people into germophobes hahaha. Ok seriously—great place and I’d highly recommend them and we will be returning to explore more of the menu soon.

Wow! Delicious fresh food! And fast!! This place has the "good for you" food. It has fresh wild caught salmon, no antibiotic meats, etc... Fresh bowl, or huge burrito, all amazing!!

Thought it was a sit down and they wait on you type of place. But was just another version of Chipotle. You order at a counter and they give you a number. Bring it to you and then never come around again. They put way too much cilantro on everything. I unfortunately have the gene where cilantro tastes like soap. So couldn't get it all out of my foodThe food was just mediocre. Most Mexican places give you unlimited chips, just got a hand full. Overall not a good experience.

Fresh food, friendly service! Very clean, not because they are new but I watched every employee and owner make cleaning a priority! Shrimp tacos , rib eye quesadilla, grilled chicken life bowl all amazing!! Great guacamole, thin chips and queso on point!! Definitely recommend this place. Fresh food made fast!!! Yummy

After checking in twice with the staff about an order, and waiting 45 minutes for “fast food,” you would think the manager would want to comp your meal, or perhaps provide a discount. But, no. Instead, I had to take my meal to-go, pay full price for a service I did not receive…and the best part, they messed up my to-go order ?! On top of this, the food was mediocre, at best. My son’s chicken bowl was flavorless and dry. My steak fajitas were something I could whip up in my kitchen without dealing with rude staff and the manager there. Ironic that they said they could discount my “next meal” there, but not the one they screwed up. Needless to say, I’ll never step foot in this place again! Thanks.

My husband and I met up with some friends for lunch at the St. John's Town Center location. We had drinks and appetizers, but the menu looked to delicious that we went back for dinner! Highly recommended for fresh food and drinks and the bartender Chris was excellent!
