First time customer. Wow!!! I haven't had a chili cheeseburger since I left NC in '86. Best I've ever had! And the onion rings were perfect. My granddaughter got the jalapeno burger with cheese fries and inhaled them. Highly recommend!
First visit very disappointed considering we came in at opening the whole place itself Dirty Dirty Dirty Floors, restrooms, trash cans, high chairs, and trays makes me wonder what the BOH looks like. The large stall in the womens restroom would not flush stood there for 5 minutes and couldn’t get it to flush I informed the employees and they said oh you just got to mess with paper towel dispensers didn't work either.Despite the cleanliness of this place Cheese Curds are delicious, disappointed that the A-1 and Zesty Garlic were a mixed sauce I was under the assumption they were 2 different sauces.All in all I give this place a 5/10 due to cleanliness issues.I would like to add I was the first guest in and second to order. Initial thoughts the moment I walked in was disgusted and disappointed.

AMAZINGGG best customer service ever as well. Have sung Taylor Swift with the employees before and today they were so helpful when my apple pay wasn’t working. Food is delicious ESPECIALLY THE BROWNIE CONCRETE
This was our first visit at Freddy’s and Sandra was our cashier. She took the time to explain the kids menu because the screen with that info wasn’t working. She was courteous and friendly and you can tell she cared about our first experience. She was working short staffed with a injured arm and still had a smile. You could tell everyone in the back were working hard in spite of the staffing issues that seem so common these days. The food was really really delicious. I was surprised that a fast food place had such tasty burgers. Both kids loved their meals and said they want to come back here again. Thankful for everyone who showed up today to give their best and work hard. Keep it up y’all! It was noticed and appreciated.
This burger joint is top notch! Steak Pattie’s always trump hamburger every time. The Freddie’s sauce is outstanding! The pencil fries are great but must be eaten there. They tend to lose their flavor and heat quickly due to their thin shape.
Visited today to pick up lunch. Low crowd volume, maybe 5 cars in the drive thru.Took a few minutes for the staff to grab my order, but the young lady was very friendly.We ordered a kids meal and a patty melt. The kids meal was a great deal for the size burger and the same amount of fries as a regular meal. I didn't care for the bread on the patty melt. There was something about the flavoring that turned me off. I love their fries. They have the shoestrings..The lobby was fairly clean. A dirty napkin on 1 or 2 tables that I assume the staff hadn't had a chance to get to yet.
It was very good. The custard was amazingly great! Burger was good but not fantastic. Employees were very friendly and the place was exceptionally clean. I would definitely go again when travel thru next time!
Waited 20 minutes in an empty restaurant for this sweet Chicago dog. Although 20 minutes of watching a kitchen that is all kids under 18 who clearly don't care thanks to $8/hr was fairly entertaining, so for that this S show gets 2 stars. Thanks for the entertainment, your business is a hot mess.
This was my first time trying this place out. I ordered a patty melt, fries, and DP. The fries were old, cold, and tough. The burger wasn't even really a burger. It was more like fragments of a patty and was burnt. I think I will skip this place from now on, wasted my time and money.
