If you want to see a magic show, look no further. You can over pay for steak-and-shake quality food, wait 20 minutes in the drive through and to your amazement...the Food is somehow ICE COLD. It's mind blowing.Also, they have not had chicken tenders since 2016
I really like that you can get any sandwich in a lettuce wrap. Missy places don't do that anymore but as someone post-gastric bypass surgery, it's truly appreciated. The sandwich tasted great and the staff was friendly and helpful!
Had a wonderful experience at the Freddy's on Beach Blvd. The patty melt was delicious and loved the shoestring fries with Freddy's seasoning. The manager, Olivia, was very helpful and attentive. Did not feel like a fast food restaurant. Definitely will dine there again!
Worst customer service, also can't even get an easy order correct?! Ordered a Cali double and it didn't have any sauce on it....they put the thousand island on my wife's jalapeno burger which also didn't have any jalapenos on it...come on now. How the heck do you mess that up? We were the only ones in line and an hour half before you close. Get it together.
I love Freddy's but I doubt I'll be back to this location. Rude staff, long wait time, melted concrete in newly, not-advertised smaller cups, cold fries halfway full, and a tiny, soggy "crispy" chicken sandwich.Parking lot was near empty and I was the only person in the drive-thru. Oh, also couldn't redeem the points on their "rewards program" because they are switching apps???
This place is super delicious!! My friend got the cone with the chocolate and vanilla custard and I got a vanilla milkshake with brownies and bananas. I would strongly recommend trying it!! Enjoy!
Last week was my first visit. It was a wonderful visit and I will be back soon! The Cashier who waited on me, was very patient and helpful-since she knew it was my first time visit. When I got home with our combos, I called and told the Manager how wonderful the Cashier was.The burgers are very fresh and tasty. I am not used to shoestring fries, but I really did enjoy them. I look forward to my next visit soon.
My boyfriend went for a late night snack and ordered the "famous" triple steak cheese burger but what he got was so bad. The patties were smashed and burnt to a crisp, it didn't have cheese on it, and it was salty. The only thing that came on it was onion, pickles, and mustard. He also ordered a mint oreo concrete and it was half melted by the time he got it all. On top of waiting about 20 minutes and being one of three cars, this experience was horrible for our first time there the two items was $17!
I brought a bunch of teenagers and also bought for myself....the burgers were alright. Service wasnt slow but the restaurant was dirty. Hardly any workers - could count 3 people. They did have a veggie burger option. When we bought the custard they were out of chocolate and only had vanilla.
The food was okay. There was not as many fries as usual. The patty was dry. I'll try again another day.
