Pretty disappointed with this place. We have ordered from here multiple times and each time was worse than the next. Very inconsistent food and over spiced! The pad Thai looked almost black there was so much sauce on it. Never see it prepared like that before. The chicken also was extremely questionable. Nothing tasted fresh, in fact, it all seemed like old food. The entire order tasted like a huge waste of money!Jax needs to get its food scene together!
Friendly service and good food. Large outdoor seating area and let us bring our pup. Will be back soon!
The place looks really outdated and not in an antique way. The menus were kinda dirty and my company said the lemonade tasted funny. As we waited on out appetizers I was looking around at other people's food and it didn't look very pleasing so we ordered the roti which wasn't bad. I love the location and outdoor seating was a plus! And our server was nice as well.
We ordered dinner here tonight. My husband and I ordered Prah Raam &. Seafood combo fried rice with vegetables. The Seafood combo, had 3 shrimp in his entree and two scallops. The portion size was also really small and not worth the $20 per plate cost. The taste was okay, bout could have used more flavor. The Prah Raam peanut curry tasted old and had a bad aftertaste. I Asked for fried rice, received rice noodles. I couldn’t eat it unfortunately. The cost is not worth the amount of food you receive and the quality is lacking. Will not go back.
Mot a great experience- I ordered veggie crispy rolls, papaya salad with shrimp and crispy curry fishI have to give my experience a 2, but I should note my standards for good Thai cuisine is very high.The waitress was not attentive, no chopsticks and I couldn’t find her to ask for them. I needed a second drink and I had to shout out my request while she was eating at the end of the bar. Just a bad, ultra low end service experience.Crispy rolls were fine, nothing exciting and the sauce rather flat with flavorI asked for Thai hot on my salad and entre. My worst, absolute biggest Thai pet peeve, is for a Thai cook to dump a pile of red chili flakes onto my meal. Which is what I received. Really? Fresh chili’s please - Cooked into my entre or pounded into the papaya salad. The papaya salad was very very small. Made to look bigger on a pile of spinach. Maybe 5 bites of papaya. 4 small shrimp. Flavors were ok, nothing exciting but not terrible. But yeah a pile of chili flakes.The fish was nice and crispy, but also small. The curry was average, nothing unique or inspiring and of course the pile of chili flakes which were not even that hot. Why pile them on my meal if they are sitting on the counter stale grocery store red pepper flakes?For flavor I could give it 3 stars, but the care, presentation, service, attention to detail - all fell below average. I cannot recommend this place
You are honestly better off going elsewhere.The tea tastes funny, and not because it’s a Thai restaurant. The rolls are TINY, the meals are tiny. I got shrimp with my Lad Na Noodle meal and it came with about 4 pieces of shrimp. My coworker ordered Pad Thai and barely had any chicken in her meal. The bed of lettuce (the rolls and dumplings were on) was going bad. There was no spice at all, I asked for level 4
BEWARE. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. TOTALLY DISHONEST. LOOK FOR ANOTHER THAI RESTAURANT TRUST ME.TO flavors of thai if you are in a rush to close and do not want to prepare a proper order... kindly decline...i normally enjoy thai cuisine. its one of my favorite cuisine. here i feel like i was been duped and my money got stolen. order had barely sauce in it. sauce was full of veggies no meat. yet. i paid 23 for duck and added scallop. no scallop in the order. even rice that is normally a nice jasmine rice was some cheap rice with no taste. i threw it away. cant believe i spent $55 and couldnt eat anything
Only had once so it could have been a rare occurrence. The Thai tea was old or over brewed and tasted like chlorine. The pad kee mao was decent but l had a lot of excess char in it like the chicken was cooked on a grill that wasn’t brushed In a while. Every restaurant has its off nights so I’ll give it another try on a different night and update review after after.
Horrible experience , both waitresses have attitudes and rude. Messes up orders so double check before leaving because you will have a completely different order: DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just because of the two waitresses they don’t deserve no stars!!!!!! Should be fire!!!!!! ??
Thai food is worth every penny. This is not something I recommend all the time unless you're a high roller, however it's a wonderful place to go, especially on special occasions. Talk about a nice spot for a date. The food and flavors will blow your mind.
