Huge açaí bowls! I’ve ordered açaí bowls around the world, and this place does it really well. Choice of base liquid (I got unsweetened almond milk as a sub), and the regular size would’ve been more than enough but I ordered the large because most places make them small.Also ordered a vegan poke bowl with added tofu and veg for the road.No decaf coffee, unfortunately. Ate our bowls in the sun on the patio listening to traffic ?.Thank you for having a healthy substantial offering for this gluten free, sugar free vegan traveler!Thanks also for compostable ware (just wish there was a way to compost it rather than sending to the landfill.)
Perfect place of you're vegan or vegetarian as they have plenty of smoothies and food options for you. The cashier knew what she was talking about, was very considerate of my diet choices, and recommended wonderful options. The wait time wasn't too bad, and the interior of the store was very nice.
This is my new go to place in Jacksonville. Great atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating. Fantastic service and quickly prepared. There is a large selection of bowls and shakes and the food is high quality.
I really enjoy acai bowls. They have smootihes, poke bowls. They are and taste fresh. They are a bit high in price with the extras but worth it and they are filling too. Even a regular bowl is big for me. Wish they had a smaller size but orherwise very enjoying.
Stopped by this morning before work and got their PB&J smoothie, but got it with almond butter instead and it was incredible! Also is very decently priced. I will be back
I love Fla.! I love their bathrooms, I love their food, I love the fact that they think about almost everything in the store.
9/24/21: Updating my review-management reached out and explained what happened and made things right. All is well and I still love the poké bowls.9/22/21: I called this location on 9/22/21 to ask if I could place a last minute order at 6:49 pm (they close at 7pm). I was immediately asked to hold when the person answered. I was then left on hold until 7:00 pm without anyone ever picking up again. I never even got to ask the question about whether or not it was too late to place an order. This is poor customer service. Just tell me the kitchen is closed. Don't "ghost" a customer.
Let me start off by saying I’ve loved everything I’ve gotten from here. The customer service is great. They’re super helpful and they’re fast.However, they lack in consistency.. I’ve ordered the same 3 açaí & pitaya bowls for a month or two now (once or twice a week give or take) but they’re always different. Then today I ordered something different and got The Original Açaí Bowl & nowhere on the menu does it say it comes with coconut flakes.. but I got them anyway.. I did however add peanut butter & honey. Did I take it back? No. I didn’t care enough to because all my bowls from there have been good, so I knew this one would be too.All I’m getting at is they need to do a little more training and make sure everyone knows the menu so the customers get what they order and don’t have to play the guessing game next time haha.The last time I ordered a bowl, I was asked a question about hemp milk vs Apple juice, I told the lady I’ve never been asked that before for this bowl & she said “oh.. I wonder if they have you the _____ bowl instead..”That’s not very helpful when I’m trying to order something that I think I’ve gotten before and liked ?
Good food pretty women, and the fresh ginger is to die for! Haven't tried the smoothies yet but will soon and I also plan to make a vegan nacho.
