So I see tic TOk vids of reviewers always downing Five Guys in favor of so many other hamburger places. Their food, and service is above average. They have peanuts available. Order pickup, or dine in. Have it delivered. Stop being so cranky about Five Guys! Always a solid experience. Regular fry can feed 4 easily. Meal is pricey for one.
Got three great burgers and fries from Five Guys. Burgers were ready to eat even the lettuce was still crisp!
I just had the best experience at Five Guys on Applecross Rd. Every person working had a smile and greeting for me. They were so very helpful and polite. AAAAANNNNND my order was right! GREAT JOB GUYS!
I really enjoyed my food everything was great my burger was delicious my fries were excellent that took me back to my childhood I will be going back to give guys restaurant again and again keep up the good work ???
Have been going to this place for years now and have never been disappointed. The service is great, the food is always hot and make to order.

Didn't realize the time walked in at 9:59 and they close at 10:00. Was a little hesitant and I felt bad but, the The guy up front named Jeremiah was super nice and assured me it was no problem. They were already all cleaning the grill and everything made my food no problem. Getting hard to find good customer service lately so it was a nice surprise.
Ordered 2 burgers and lg fry, 28.00 Food has always been great before, but this time was awful, wife didn't eat anything but one bite, tossed mine after a few. Both burgers were extremely well done, overcooked, zero taste, no usual meat juices, like eating a brick. I suspect to keep ahead of the dinner rush, the burgers were pre-cooked, placed in a pan on grill, then re-heated on grill to warm up, then becoming dry and overcooked. Not for sure this happened, but tasted like it did happened. Only thing I can think of,. I believe 5 guys owes me 2 bacon cheeseburgers.
Mother's day lunch for an 8yr old, growing boy; Junior Cheeseburger with pickles and ketchup only; a small fry, and a small drink, ahem, ready? $16.90! and they need a tip? Right? So roughly $19. For one child. NO! ABSOLUTELY, No. we did not eat the peanuts! Otherwise, perfect and as healthy as possible for that kind of food. Yummy ?
I ate at 5guys on 04/09/22 which cost me $15 & change. I ordered a small burger with mayo, lettuce, tomato & pickles. I was served a burger with tiny diced pieces of tomato & onions (which were few), sloppy mayo & no pickles. I understand that things (food) are more expensive post Covid but, being ripped off is another story. I WILL NEVER EAT AT ANOTHER 5GUYS AGAIN. MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
